Due to executed our several New Projects, we
are now intended to strengthen our construction team and seeking qualified
candidates for the following positions :
Quantity Surveyor
(Code : SP-QS)
Responsibilities :
1. Oversees the quantity of materials and workers at
the construction site.2. Making sure that the construction stays within budget.
3. Performs and serves on various cross functional job/task from superior or other committees as assigned.
Job Desc :
1. Preparing tender and contract documents, including
bills of quantities.2. Conduct market surveys to get the price of materials that will be used by referring to Technical Specification.
3. Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
4. Conduct the calculation quantity of each work based on drawings
Arranging payments and writing detailed progress reports.

Requirement :
1. Bachelor Degree in Civil/Accounting.2. Minimum 3 years as Quantity Surveyor on Multinational Contractor Company.
3. Able to work under pressure.
