PT KALTIM PRIMA COAL (PT KPC)
01. MANAGER - INTERNAL AUDIT
o Tertiary qualifications (S1 degree) in business management / accounting, Master degree is preferred.
o At least 10 (ten) years internal audit experience. Ideally in a large scale corporate environment covering operational, risk, assurance audits as well as audit work at a recognized senior level and exposure to the oil, gas or mining industries.
o Managerial and supervisory experience.
o Project management skills.
o Attention to detail together with analytical and problem solving skills.
o Hold professional/ expertise certification from recognized professional institution (such as Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditor).

02. SUPERINTENDENT – INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in (Law, Social Science, Psychology or Mass Communication) with 7 – 9 years working experience in industrial relation.
o Strong knowledge of Manpower Regulations of Indonesia.
o Capability to do negotiation in conflict and pressure situation.
o Maintain good relation with officials from the Department of Manpower, Disnaker, Industrial Relation Court and all Unions in KPC as well as with KPC employees.

03. SENIOR SPECIALIST – CONTRACT
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining or Engineering.
o Experiences 5 years in Mining or Engineering or Supply Chain with minimum 1-year experience in Contract.
o Skills in composing and review of contractual documents.
o Negation skills in dealing with contractual matters, claims and meetings.

04. SENIOR SPECIALIST – PURCHASING
o University/ college degree with 5 years experiences in the areas of purchasing, inventory control, warehouse and logistic.
o Having knowledge of purchasing, custom, logistic warehousing principles and market places.
o Good analytical and numerical skills.
o Good planner, good people skills and organizing skills.
o Able to work under pressure and possess creative thinking.
o Possess qualification in Supply Chain areas from reputable organization such as Charter.
o Institute of Purchasing and Supply or other international organization will be an advantage.

05. SENIOR ENGINEER – PROJECT MECHANICAL
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
o More than 5 years plus of relevant industry/ management experiences.
o Extensive experience and proven skills in Mechanical Engineering/ Construction s. Having experience in Mechanical Projects at mining industry will be an advantageous.
o Having experience on Project Management i.e. cost-time-quality management as well as skilled on project scheduling and budgeting control.
o Ability to work with a diverse team of professionals and equipment operators.
o Analytical, problem solving skills together with aptitude to solve technical difficulties.

06. OFFICER SAFETY
o Minimum Senior High School with 7 years’ experience or Diploma 3 with 3 years experiences in Operations or occupational health graduate.
o Strong mining operations knowledge and skills.
o Computer literacy for data management and data presentation.
o Good capability for analysis process.
o An understanding of Intelex System.
o Good knowledge of process of Risk Assessment, investigation, and audit.
o Good knowledge of hydrocarbon/waste management.

07. DRAFTSMAN (GEOLOGY)
o Minimum Senior High School (SMA/STM) with 5 years’ experience in drafting field generally and preferably in mining industry.
o Having understand Corel Draw, AutoCAD, MapInfo software.
o A sound and demonstrated knowledge of effective drafting and documentation layouts/ presentation formats.
o Ability to action technical drafting standards on small scales whilst appreciating the broader concerns/ issues.
o Knowledge of statutory reporting requirements and regulations.
o Detailed mindedness as well as a strong orientation to provision of accurate, professional and quality reports, plans and documentation.
o A sound and demonstrated knowledge of effective drafting and documentation layouts/presentation formats.
