We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
SENIOR CONTRACT ENGINEER
(Construction Project – Jakarta Based)
Prepare, review and monitor the implementation of contract’s scope of
work and technical specifications, preparing tender documents with
suitable conditions in order to ensure that company policies and
procedures are followed in term of minimize any exposure to risk for
company.
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Min. 6 years experiences dealing with contract (especially in construction project)
• Analytical thingking
• Fluent in English and Bahasa written and verbal
• Attention to details.
• Knowing the best practice of the contract principles
Responsibilities:
• Support and assist Commercial Manager in
reviewing all contracts / agreements giving input regarding the contract
composition and any qualifications required in order to align terms and
conditions to company’s Contracting.
• Assist Commercial Manager in developing appropriate contractual strategies in order to maximize contract position.
• Resolve contractual issues with the Client / Vendors, including
drafting formal letters and attending negotiations of a contractual
nature in order to provide logistical support to Project Managers.
•
Prepare and administer documentation of variations and claims to their
scope of work and, including a running log of all contractual
correspondence to settlement in order to provide contract administration
support.
• Analyze and negotiate contract in order to get through to contract settlement.
• Monitor contract implementation to ensure that both, client and
company follow the contractual requirements of the contract to ensure
that company is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties.
LEAD CIVIL / STRUCTURE ENGINEER
(Construction Project – Jakarta Based)
Direct and control the general Civil and layout unit by providing
leadership and support to the people in the unit to ensure that
schedules, budgets and manhours are achieved comply with company and
client standards and procedures.
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• Min. 8 – 10 years experiences in handling civil process design and process engineering, Structure, Mechanical and Piping
• Strong Leadership
• Analytical thingking
• Excellence computer skill
Responsibilities:
• Provide Construction Manager and Project
Manager with technical advices, construction schedules, cost forecast
and progress statistics
• To direct, control and monitor
implementation of management strategy in the Civil/Strcuture engineering
activities in all Petrosea projects
• Analyse and review the quality
of estimates produced by the general Civil work to ensure Engineering
estimates are accurate, complete and deliver on time.
• Plan,
direct and review design activities produced by general Civil and
earthwork to ensure designs are fit for purpose comply with budget,
client and industry specifications in timely manner delivered.

Accountable for scheduling of General Civil and layout resources and in
order to coordinates the allocation of design work within the discipline
group
• Control and coordinate the development of new ideas, methods
and innovative designs through the application of quality, and
efficiency in order to improve the company’s marketability and
profitability.
• Establish, review and promote the Development
Program for staff and graduate engineer, in order to develop and enhance
their performance and motivation.
• Establish and review timely progress report for general Civil and Layout for further analyse by Engineering Manager.
• Establsih and maintain communication and relationship with government
institution and consultants for collecting data purposed as required by
projects
• Maintain and implementing HSE programs including
Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the
programs conform to official standard and requirements
MINING SUPERVISOR
(Mining Project – Site Based)
Responsibilities:
Monitor, control and supervise the mining
production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of
the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.
• Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans at
the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary
production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to
enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.
•
Surpervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and
unskilled personnel in the mining operations in the shift by shift BMP
process using short term variance.
• Identify the development and
training needs of the mining foremen, operators, technicians and
unskilled personnel in the mining operations for the benefit of the
Project Manager.
• Coordinate and supervise Mining production and other mining team to ensure smooth operations at loading points.
• Control production on an hour by hour basis and prepare timely and
accurate reports on project progress as requires by the project.
•
Assist Mining Superintendent in liaise and co-ordinate with maintenance
departement to optimize and maximize mining equipment availability and
utilization in achieving production target.
• Minimise axposure to
personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during
the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety
procedures, rules and regulations in accordance with the Safety
Management Plan.
Requirements:
• Having at least 3 years of experience in the similar role (as Mining Supervisor)
• Bachelor / diploma degree from mining or civil engineering
• CERTIFIED IN POP IS A MUST
• Understand the SHE aspects of mining operations
• Good communication and strong leadership skill
• Willing to be placed in all company location
• Excellent computer skill
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
