Wellwork Supervisor
Qualifications: • Minimum D-3 in engineering. • At least 5 years workover rig experience. • Minimum 10 years’ experience in supervisory role of overall onsite wellwork operations with good leadership qualities.
• Strong leadership skills, actively committed to SHE program
implementation as reflected in a strong safety performance record. • Wellwork operations experience requirements -
at least 5 years workover rig experience, preferably with cased hole
fishing, i.e. parted tubing, tubing/casing milling, etc. - at least
3 years rigless coiled tubing wellbore clean-out & remedial
cementing operations with surface pressures ≤4000psi. - at least 3 years thru-tubing wireline (slickline/e-line logging/perforating) experience - at least 2 years of P&A experience •
Well Control Certification required (IWCF or IADC). Required skill
set, knowledge, and experience in well kill operations (well control
situation). • Knowledgeable in performing rig math calculations – wellbore capacity, well kill, cement plug placement, etc. • Experience working with HP/ HT wells (BHP >5000 psi, Temp > 250 F). • Experience working in an H2S, CO2 and NORM environment. • Good knowledge of surface equipment and downhole tools, good understanding of critical rig equipment components. • Familiar with rigless crane and lifting gear requirements. •
Thorough broad knowledge with regards to well intervention toolstrings
& equipment, equipment limitations & potential risks. • Familiar with SIMOPS, where regular production operation runs parallel with the well work activities. • Knowledgeable in leading well work operations in remote area and handling limited/challenging operation logistics.
• Has taken several trainings related to work management and safety in
work area (JSA, Permit, SIMOPS, Critical Lift, H2S, Fall Prevention
& Protection, PPE, Fire Fighting, First Aid, SCBA, Working at
Height). • Excellent communication and writing skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Corrosion Engineer
Basic Purpose of Position: Develop and implement corrosion
monitoring and control programs, pressure equipment integrity programs,
structural integrity programs, marines programs and material selection
to assure material integrity, safety, and operability of production
equipment.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead/contribute actively in materials, corrosion and inspection engineering activities.
• Act as programmatic engineer for Corrosion Control and Chemical
Injection, Pressure Equipment, Pipeline, Structural Equipment, Marines –
Develop, maintain and steward Risk Base Inspection programs. •
Lead/participate in incident investigation related to material and
corrosion and conduct failure analysis and risk assessment. • Propose cost effective repair work for material or corrosion related failure.
Competencies: • High integrity and safety awareness. • Strong technical knowledge in corrosion management and material selection and familiar with oil and gas processing. • Proficiency in English both oral and written and good communication and interpersonal skills. • Good knowledge on industrial standard such as API, ANSI, ASTM, and ISO. • Good knowledge on applicable Indonesia regulations, especially MIGAS regulations.
Qualifications: • Bachelor degree in material engineering or equivalent (chemical engineering, or machinery engineering). • Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas industry. • Familiar with various material testing, inspection techniques and corrosion management methods.
Commissioning & Start-Up Engineer
Basic Purpose of Position: Responsible for monitoring and
facilitating the transition from engineering to mechanical completion,
commissioning & start-up. Provide Commissioning expertise during
fabrication, hook-up & commissioning phases of the project. Ensure
day-to-day planning and execution of the commissioning work according to
Company’s best practices.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist Commissioning Leads in
coordinating interaction between MCL& EPC’s Systems Completion teams
to ensure issues are identified, communicated on a timely basis and
resolved such that there is no impact to safety, schedule or facility
startup. • Reviews, endorses and perform attestation of EPC process for systems completions procedures development. • Review/develop detailed commissioning sequences and procedures for each system and track progress. • Identify, develop, and maintain technical standards. • Identify and follow up risks and opportunities related to commissioning and startup.
• Contribute to and prepare procedures and work instructions used
during commissioning. Assist to secure sufficient training and
development of personnel within the commissioning organization. • Develop/implement assurance strategy for the facilities performance testing and monitoring.
• Duties will also include reviewing documentation, specifying and
ensure safe running of activities, preparing detailed list of equipment,
instrumentation, temporary power, spare parts and measuring devices.
Competencies: • Experience with large scale project, construction, commissioning, certification and startup processes. • MOC and work process implementation, utilization and improvement programs.
Qualifications: • Bachelor in engineering with 10 or more
years of experience with oil and gas facilities, at senior level with
the management of Operations and Operations readiness. • Project design and execution capabilities.
Machinery Technician
Key Responsibilities: • Perform condition monitoring
activities such as vibration monitoring, lube oil/coolant analysis and
performance monitoring of Machinery Equipment. • Assist Machinery Engineers to steward and develop report of condition monitoring activities. •
Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Contractor personnel to
determine and respond to field changes timely (i.e. changes to
lubrication program, field QA/QC findings, and coordination with other
concurrent work). • Track repair status of degraded machinery equipment and assist in maintaining pre-empted failure identification and list. • Interface with Operations to obtain necessary permit and safety training for machinery activities related contractors. • Timely report machinery failures and problems to Machinery Engineers. • Assist Machinery Engineer in scheduling and conducting inspection in coordination with Operations. • Field supervisor on contractors’ works on machinery program related activities. • Work with contractors to enter inspection and survey data to technical group database.
Qualifications: • Minimum D-3 in Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum Level/Category 1 in Vibration Training. • 5 years experiences in condition monitoring and maintenance of rotating equipment in oil & gas industry. • Experience in machinery equipment maintenance (i.e. compressors, diesel engines, pumps and electric motors, gas turbine.
