Construction Manager
Requirements:
• Candidate shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in preferably in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Candidate shall have a minimum of 10 years experiences as a
Construction Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
• Candidate shall have a minimum of 3 years as a Managerial or Senior Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
• Mandatory requirement, age of candidate under 40 years old.
• Candidate shall have experience in construction engineering and management of the construction.
• Candidate shall have knowledge of engineering and management principles.
•
Candidate shall be experienced in planning for heavy lifts, road and
access construction, transport logistics, both onshore and offshore,
loading and unloading techniques, marine interfaces, layout of storage
and pre-fabrication areas, pre-commissioning and commissioning testing
techniques, and SIMOPS with operations.
• Candidate have experience with manning requirements and temporary facilities specification is required.
• Candidate have experience with tie-ins to existing facilities is required.
• Candidate have experience in construction safety with working at
heights, work site safety protection, energy isolation, vehicle safety
and underground hazard and excavation are required.
Senior Process Engineer
Requirements:
• Candidate shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Candidate shall have a minimum of 10 years experiences as a Process Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
• Candidate shall have a minimum of 3 years as a Senior Process Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
• Candidate shall have experience with process design in accordance with applicable International codes and standards.
Building Engineer
Requirements:
• Candidate shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Civil/Structure Engineering.
• Candidate shall have a minimum of 12 years experiences as a Building Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
• Candidate shall have a minimum of 12 years experience in engineering
design and/or field engineering of petrochemical-related facilities,
futher to the above have experience of at least one building FEED workl
woth more than one years of duration.
• Candidate must have
experience for all the aspects of building FEED work including basic
design of structure, HVAC, Electrical and Fire Protection of buildings,
and sometime act as lead engineer.
• Candidate must have experience to design administrative buildings such as administration building, dormitory, clinic, etc.
• Candidate must have experience to design buildings in petrochemical
project such as central control building, electrical substation
building, laboratory, workshop, and warehouse, etc.
• Candidate shall have a minimum of 3 years as a Senior Material Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
• Candidate shall have experience with material design in accordance with applicable International codes and standards.
Material Engineer
Requirements:
• Candidate shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Material Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Candidate shall have a minimum of 7 years experiences as a Material Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
• Candidate shall have a minimum of 3 years as a Senior Material Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
• Candidate shall have experience with material design in accordance with applicable International codes and standards.
Pipe Stress Engineer
Requirements:
• Candidate shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Material Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Candidate shall have a minimum of 7 years experiences as a Pipe
Stress Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
• Candidate shall have a minimum of 3 years as a Senior Pipe Stress Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
• Candidate shall have experience with material design in accordance with applicable International codes and standards.
Project Control
Requirements:
• Candidate shall have a bachelor of engineering degree.
• Candidate shall have a minimum of 7 – 10 years experiences as a
Project Control in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
• Candidate shall have a minimum of 3 years as a Project Control in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
• Candidate must have familiar, experience and expert operate Primavera.
3D Engineer
Requirements:
• Candidate shall have a bachelor of engineering degree.
• Candidate shall have a minimum of 2 years experiences as a 3D Engineer.
• Open vacancies for fresh graduate for engineering degree in having
capable and courses in 3D design system (exp: PDMS, SP-course, etc)
Corporate Purchasing
Requirements:
• Male/Female, maximum 30 years of age.
• Excellent command of English, both written and oral (TOEFL score of min. 500 or equal).
• Proven track record of 2 (two) years of experience in corporate or
project-based purchasing management related position, particularly in
EPC is preferred.
• Familiar with the following activities and reports:
o Vendor sourcing and solicitation (including but not limited to suppliers, consultants, subcontractors, etc.)
o Aanwijzing and commercial bid evaluation
o PO and/or contract issuance
o Expediting and vendor relations management
o Internal audit preparation
•
Able to compose representative business correspondence (RFQs, MOMs,
etc.) and develop standard procedures and work instructions.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under minimum supervision.
• S-1 (relevant major), fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Personel and General Affair Staff
Requirements:
• Candidate shall have a bachelor degree.
• Candidate shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Personil and General Affair.
• Candidate must have following capacity and must be fluent in English.
• Candidate must have experience in arrange the Air ticketing for RJK expatriate for domestic and abroad.
• Candidate must have experience in arrange the Transportation (Car
& Driver) for ±50 expatriate plus office operation car, (for
checking the driver expenses for toll, parking, fuel consumption,
overtime. etc.)
• Candidate must have experience in arrange drop off and pick-up services from/to Airport and others as per request.
• Candidate must have experience in arrange the Accommodation (Hotel
& Apartment) including maintenance and housemaid, internet, TV Cable
etc. for ± 50 expatriate.
• Candidates must have experience in handling purchase of office need & invoicing.
