QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in engineering having project managed a power plant as project director.
• At least twenty (20) years relevant power plant project management experience.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in monitoring the project management activities
• Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant codes for the power plant construction
• Ability to drive team of by providing right directions to complete the activities in time and within budget
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate well with team members and also possess excellent team building skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with EPC contractors, Consultants, managers, fellow employees, and representatives of the regulatory agencies.
• Must be computer literate, with experience using word processing, excel spreadsheets, project management software’s and other engineering tools.
• Ability to maintain a strong sense of propriety concerning confidential matters.

• Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant codes for the power plant construction
• Ability to drive team of by providing right directions to complete the activities in time and within budget
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate well with team members and also possess excellent team building skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with EPC contractors, Consultants, managers, fellow employees, and representatives of the regulatory agencies.

• Review and oversee tender documents and quotations
• Responsible for calling tender/ quotations
• Contract administration
• Oversee bids for tender submission, costing and monitor bid evaluation and selection process
• Oversee pre-contract management
• Provide advice to management concerning contractual rights and obligations

Adaro Group with PT Adaro Energy, Tbk as its holding company is one of the biggest coal producer, operates the largest single coal mine in Indonesia, and is significant supplier to the global seaborne thermal coal market.
The main role is to coordinate all operation and maintenance activities that relates with our out pit crusher and conveying system. The incumbent will be working closely with our mining operations team and also power station and also to minimise down time associated with planned conveyor extensions and moves.
Main Responsibilities :
• Develop work plans, schedules and targets towards overall operation in particular all planned conveyor extensions and moves to ensure the system operates as a productive business units
• Assist with development of Standard Operating Procedure, Working Instruction , Job Safety Analysis and review the implementation of operational activities in order to achieve efficient production, effective, and safe.
• Ensure all KPI for the operations are met and also comply with mining regulations and environment aspects

Requirements :
• Having at least 10 years of experience in mining industry and/or working with conveyer belt and have extensive experience within the management level.
• Planning and scheduling experience in a similar environment
• Management experience in a materials handling
• Fluency in English
• Willing to be located at our site at Kalimantan Selatan
