KSO PABUARAN BLOCK
PT IEV Pabuaran KSO was awarded by Pertamina EP, a subsidiary of PT. Pertamina (PERSERO), for the Pabuaran Block on September 3, 2012 through the Kerja Sama Operasi (KSO) also know as the “Operation Cooperation” program. The block is located 90 km east of Jakarta in the Subang district, west Java, Indonesia with a total acreage of about 77.036 square km.
FINANCE & SUPPORT MANAGER
Job Description :
1. Responsible for all accounting and finance functions in the company.
2. Ensure timely financial reporting to headquarter under SGX and IFRS.
3. Prepare the monthly management reporting pack, schedules, business issues analysis and reconciliations.
4. Prepare consolidation report to headquarter under SGX rules and regulations.
5. Prepare yearly forecast, annual budgets, working with PERTAMINA and HQ leadership.
6. Ensure statutory compliance regarding corporate, tax and statutory reporting / filing.
7. Manage the budget control.
8. Manage the timely completion of audited financials and tax submissions.
9. Manage internal controls and procedures.
10. Manage billing and collection of outstanding invoices.
11. Cash planning and management.
12. Review Financial Quarterly Report to Pertamina.
13. Liaise with auditors, tax agent, bankers, lawyers, customers, suppliers as required.
14. Assist in any other administrative tasks.
Requirement :
1. Qualified accountant with at least 5 years relevant experience and good knowledge of IFRS and PSAK knowledge of Indonesian PSC and KSO.
2. Possess no less than 5 years of experience in managing a small team.
3. Prior experience in Oil and Gas industry mandatory.
4. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
5. Meticulous, hands-on and committed.
6. Good proficiency in both written and spoken English.
