Currently our client a multinational Operator Company in Oil and Gas industry in Malaysia requires positions as below:
1. Offshore Installation Manager (Indonesian)
Responsibilities:
Project Phase:
• To oversee overall operation readiness prior to handover.
Operation Phase:
• Develop medium and short term business operation strategy and plan, lead implementation, measure effectiveness of offshore installation and; recommend intervention for continuous improvement
• Lead, integrate and manage the execution of LTBS for economies of scale and project optimization
• Plan and manage the ACV for offshore installation contract to ensure cost optimization and compliance to procurement and contracting procedures.
• Provide technical expert advice and consultancy services and recommend intervention plan and/or solutions for continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage project interfaces between customers and contractors for effective execution of contract and compliance to the contractual Terms and Conditions, procedural and regulatory requirements.
• Verify and confirm performance acceptance standards and requirements for operations
Qualifications
• Degree in related engineering discipline
• Min of 12 years related working experience in offshore operations
• Experience in project particularly in construction and commissioning
• Downstream oil and gas project experience is preferred
• Have a strong technical and management skill
2. Electrical Engineer (Indonesian)
Responsibilities:
Project Phase:
• Review electrical design documentation to ensure the meet project requirements
• Provide technical support to the onsite teams, including construction & commissioning personnel
• Assist in managing the close out of the project in terms of Mechanical Completion, Project acceptance tests, commissioning and Plant startup.
Operation Phase:
• Act as onshore focal point for all electrical matters, supporting offshore in all electrical high and low voltage maintenance requirements, making cost effective decisions with regard to the repair and maintenance of installation equipment.
• Raise modification requests, and reviewing technical content of modifications raised by offshore.
• Raise contract service orders (technical work scope) for vendors going offshore.
• Lead and recommend new continuous improvement solutions for installations or modifications to improve existing facilities and standardization within specific fields of endeavor.
Qualifications
• Degree in related engineering discipline
• Candidate must have FLNG working experience with minimum 8 years, preferably on Operator side for Operations and Maintenance
• Experience in project particularly in construction and commissioning
• Downstream oil and gas project experience is preferred
