01. SUPERINTENDENT – LEGAL
(Permanent Position)
o Law faculty graduate from reputable university having GPA minimum 3.00.
o Minimum 7 (seven) years’ work experience in reputable law firm.
o Familiar with Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) and Mining Services contracts.
o Possess an Advocate License from PERADI.
o
Having excellent knowledge about the Indonesian Business law,
Indonesian procedural laws, Domestic / International arbitration.
o Having Commitment to finish the task given in timely manner.
o Having excellent integrity.
o Capable of working under pressure, minimum supervision, self-motivated, result oriented and a team player.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (oral & written) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
o Having Experience working in mining companies.
o Familiar in operating system: Windows TM 98/NT/2000/XP, Internet, etc.
o Good interpersonal skills, personality and manner.
02. SUPERINTENDENT – INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
(Permanent Position)
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in (Law, Social Science, Psychology or Mass
Communication) with 7 – 9 years working experience in industrial
relation.
o Strong knowledge of Manpower Regulations of Indonesia.
o Capability to do negotiation in conflict and pressure situation.
o
Maintain good relation with officials from the Department of Manpower,
Disnaker, Industrial Relation Court and all Unions in KPC as well as
with KPC employees.
03. SENIOR SPECIALIST – PURCHASING
(Permanent Position)
o University/college degree with 5 years experiences in the areas of purchasing, inventory control, warehouse and logistic.
o Having knowledge of purchasing, custom, logistic warehousing principles and market places.
o Good analytical and numerical skills.
o Good planner, good people skills and organizing skills.
o Able to work under pressure and possess creative thinking.
o Possess qualification in Supply Chain areas from reputable organization such as Charter.
o Institute of Purchasing and Supply or other international organization will be an advantage.
04. ENGINEER - MECHANICAL
(Permanent Position)
o S1 qualification in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university with 2 - 3 years’ experience.
o Project & Contract Management skills.
o Preferable has experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance and understanding of equipment reliability.
o Excellent interpersonal skill to establish good relations.
o Knowledge and ability to implement KPC safety policies and procedures.
o Knowledge of products on the market to improve equipment performance.
05. ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL
(Permanent Position)
o S1 graduate Electrical Engineering from reputable university with 2 - 3 years’ experience.
o Project & Contract Management skills.
o Experience in heavy equipment maintenance, understanding of equipment reliability.
o Proven skills in high voltage work scope.
o Experience in electric drive automation system, traction motor and alternator is preferred.
o Excellent interpersonal skills to establish good relations.
o Good communication (written and oral) skills in English (level 5) and Indonesian.
o Knowledge and ability to implement KPC safety policies and procedures.
o Knowledge of products on the market to improve equipment performance.
06. SPECIALIST - CONTRACT (PT. NTP)
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining or Engineering with 2 year experience
as Contract Specialist / Contract Engineer if preferable.
o Extensive Knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
o Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
o Having national or international certification in Supply Chain/ Procurement.
o
Ability to formulate contract documents and ability to interpret
contract documents. Understanding supply chain management and continuous
improvement techniques to improve it.

1. Good communication in both written and spoken English
2. Good interpersonal and organisational skills
3. Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills.
4. Computer literate (MS Office)
5. Creative, self-starter, team player and having self-integrity
