BUSINESS ANALYST (Jakarta Based)
Providing OGS management with accurate / current and concise analysis of
factors that might impact strategic business plan of oil and gas
services, such as competitor and financial analysis relating to
prospects of oil and gas services, and operational performances of
business lines under Directorate of OGS. Additionally, to assist daily
and ad hoc activities of Business Improvement Dept. in identifying risks
and opportunities which contribute achievements and improvements of
OGS.
Requirements: • Min 3 year working experience as analyst or consultant is preferable. • Min Bachelor degree in Finance or Commerce. • Excellent oral and written English. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in the organisation. •
Possess structured thinking and competent in the use of standard
Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Visio • Ability to develop clear, concise and accurate report summaries. • Excellent business analysis skills and strong financial modelling skills. • Preferable to have experience working for companies supporting oil and gas sectors • A team player • Experience in working with cross functional teams • Good prioritisation skill and able to meet business deadlines.
Responsibilities: 1. Research and develop clear, accurate and
up to date reports in order to identify all key indicators that
potentially impact business of Oil and Gas Services. 2. If
required, together with Commercial or Business Development Dept. to
establish and develop financial models including sensitivity analysis on
potential / prospects to identify business targets / opportunities.
3. Review and analyze competitor market share, strategies, market
players, performance and potential competitors to determine strategic
plans of Oil and Gas Services. 4. Monitor and support management of OGS and its projects in implementing strategic business improvement initiatives.
5. Align with related functions, to execute and provide assistance in
preparing and evaluating capital budgeting. Additionally, to provide
indicators of any significant variances of major drivers. 6. Create
well-ordered timeline for annual budgeting (and re-budgeting) and
provide support in the development of budgeting process (by analyzing
trends of major cost & revenue drivers). In addition, to ensure
assumptions used are sound. 7. Perform cost / benefits analysis to compare targets and actuals of operating programs / projects within OGS.
DATABASE & REPORTING OFFICER (Placement: Jakarta)
To play role in setting and improvements database and reporting of
Directorate of Oil and Gas Services (OGS). This role includes the
development / design, monitoring and improvement of database. They may
also plan, co-ordinate and implement security measures to safeguard the
database. Additionally, using available and relevant database, to
provide reporting assistance in any needed reports within Directorate of
OGS.
Requirements: 1. Min bachelor degree in Engineering, Finance any discipline with relevant working experience of 3 year. 2. Familiar with MS Windows operation (Excel, Word, Power Point, Database and Outlook) 3. Having work experience in an offshore supply base is a plus. 4. Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written) 5. A strong and dedicated team player 6. Good analytical skill 7. Willing to travel to other work location or project sites (when required) 8. Able to meet deadlines and other specific reporting request.
Responsibilities: 1) Allocating system storage and planning future storage requirements for OGS database. 2) Generating various reports by querying from database as per need. 3) Modifying the database structure, as necessary, from information received from database users / accesses. 4) Maintaining archived data and their security. 5) Controlling and monitoring user access to database. 6) Monitoring and optimizing Database performance. 7) Monitor database’s statistics of Directorate O&G Services. .
8) Working closely with IT project managers and ICT Site Supports
(should there be any database issues). Additionally, communicating
regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure

DRAFTING & ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT (Jakarta Based)
Designated position intends to act as Engineering and Drafter
Superintendent/Coordinator, to direct groups of Engineers ad draftsmen
for OGS works related. Position holder will manage Engineering works of
aspect for OGS construction work related and to support Engineering and
Construction Department. Main objective is to ensure engineering works
and construction activities are in line with schedule.
To manage, review, and generate designs and drawings for OGS projects or
works related, both in condition of information from Engineering and
Construction department and specific requirement of OGS.
Requirements: 1. Work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines 2. Require to travel to site 3. Team workers and organizing people 4. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical/piping 5.
Min. 6 year previous experiences in Engineering and Construction which 3
years at Superintendent/Coordinator Level, with thorough understanding
for multi discipline aspects of construction works 6. Proficiency in CAD and Structure Analysis Software 7. Construction Design knowledge proficiency
Responsibilities: 1. To execute, guidelines and directive for
Engineering and Construction in order to achieve Engineering Objective
in reliable manner 2. To execute, monitor, improve Engineering specific task 3.
Establish and maintain effective work relationship within department,
company, and community, with responsible attitude for every work
assigned 4. Establish, review, and communicate timely reports and work reports related 5. Initiate feedback for improvement of Engineering reports and works status 6. To evaluating personnel skills and resources, and to provide support to department head 7. Review, observe, and improve physical construction works in accordance with defined work procedure 8. Involve in construction stage methodology along with utilizing knowledge to conclude proper construction works 9. Maintain and Implementing HSE programs, with objectives to apply official standard and requirements
EARTHWORK SUPERVISOR (Kalimantan Based)
Monitor and supervise site Earthworks activities to ensure such
activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner conform with
quality of work is of a standard that optimises availability.
Requirements: 1. Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements 2. Min. Diploma degree with 5 years experiences in engineering area 3. Good analytical and supervisory skills 4. Good communication in English 5. Possess broad knowledge in Earthworks system
Responsibilities: 1. Exercise, direct, and ensure a safe work
environment in the work area at all times; and ensure all store business
work processes and activities are all done in safe works practices. 2. Develop and follow JSA’s for all tasks 3.
Assist Project Engineer with the development of a work schedule
including parts, materials and manpower to be incorporated in the short
term detailed execution plans 4. Prepare and submit the regular report required by Project Controls to ensure report is submitted in timely manner. 5. Supervise Foremen activities to ensure work is technically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner 6. Examine and investigate all variances from target to avoid bigger lost in both cost and time consumed.
7. Monitor PM schedule implementation to ensure all PM scheduled work
is completed in accordance with work instructions and schedules 8. Proactively identify defects and register them via work requests in order to have an appropriate and prompt action. 9. Diagnose failure symptoms and determine maintenance of Earthworks structures to effectively and efficiently rectify them 10. Develop and determine work procedure, work load balance, and also coordinate work unit with other unit.
11. Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental
Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to
official standard and requirements
HSE OFFICER (Mining & Mine Services Dept.– Site Based)
Maintain, monitor and review company’s daily operations and facilities
to ensure employee safety are comply with safety, health and
environmental regulations for specified facilities, operations and
project.
Requirements: • Willing to travel to all company’s sites • Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives. • Min. Diploma Degree in public occupational health & Safety/environment engineer or Engineering Graduate/Bachelor. • Minimal 3 years have experienced in HSE Field implementation at Construction Project (For Diploma III in HSE or technical). • Will be preferred if understand of lifting equipment, marine activity and or material handling activity. • Hold AK3 certified from government • Communicative and innovative. • Able to conduct presentation.
Responsibilities: • Prepare and present safety training and safety induction to enhance safety awareness among employees and clients. • Conduct inspections on statutory, fire and rescue equipment to ensure completeness and readiness for use. •
Inspects project facilities, equipments, observe operations and
activities in progress to ensure those are in compliance company’s
safety regulations. • Coordinates and consults with project safety
superintendent and/or project managers regarding HSE issues in their
respective areas and notifies management staff regarding violation of
safety regulations and codes to ensure that all safety defiance are
proceed. • Support and assist safety audits, inspections and
accident/incident investigations by observing employee activities and
workplace conditions for submitting recommendations to management to
correct deficiencies, eliminate hazards, and improve the overall
program. • Socialize and record all Job Hazard Analysis, HAZOB, and
co-ordinate Emergency Response Team training and activities for the
Project. • Assist the Project Superintendent & Supervisors in conducting and reporting of all Hazards. Control and monitor the use of Hazardous or dangerous goods to ensure conformance with the MSDS (Material Safety Data System). • Monitor, review and participate in Pre-start meetings and Tool Box Meeting to update with current safety information. •
Support Environmental performance and maintain third party
accreditation (ie. ISO 14001) and work effectively with certification
body in order to preserve international standard accreditation. • Performing a strong visible commitment in to HSE Management System as well as all programs. • Implement and maintain HSE Management Plan, Emergency Response Plan, and other HSE document for the project. • Prepare and implement of Site Safety Activities.
HSE SUPERINTENDENT (Assignment: Jakarta)
Focus on the development and delivery of HSE training materials with one
consistent approach. Support the HSE manager to Plan, direct, monitor
and evaluate Health Safety Environment system, standard, process and
procedures to enhance safety awareness among all Petrosea and its
projects. Advise management with changes to government regulations.
Requirements: 1. Degree, preferable from Occupational HSE / Public Health / Environment Engineering 2. 5 -10 years experiences in HSE area in mining or OGS industry 3. Formal training in Safety and Risk Management 4. Able to travel from time to time if required 5. Occasionally Work extended hours to meet section deadlines and emergency situations
Responsibilities: 1. Monitor the implementation of HSE
procedures and standards in maintenance areas that are complied with the
industry standards and regulations in order to support company’s
operations effectively and efficiently. 2. Develop HSE short and
long-term programs, including awareness programs, certification
programs, which are in line with the company short and long term plans,
as well as the industry standards in order to achieve the maintenance
departmental objective optimally and in a cost-efficient manner. 3.
Maintain and improve HSE management system, including inspection
system, HSE audit system, in order to support HSE programs
implementation effectively and efficiently. 4. Coordinate with all Project managers and field HSE representatives when implementing HSE programs. 5. Develop check list, inspection and workshop standards, monitor and analysis of information and documentation 6.
Monitor and maintain HSE statistic records in ’PHASES system and
presenting the trend analysis from the statistic to ensure HSE database
are updated and analysed. 7. Improve and evaluate all areas of risk
assessment, hazard management, project HSE systems and training within
business unit by regular visit and developing initiatives to ensure the
project response or control in their project HSE risk. 8. To
support HSE performance and maintain third party accreditation (ie.
OSHAS 18001 & ISO 14001) and work effectively with certification
body 9. Continuously monitor HSE practices within operations and
evaluate performance or the existing HSE policy, procedures and programs
in order to identify possible obstacles / ineffectiveness and improve
the program within time.
PERFORMANCE & DEVELOPMENT SUPERINTENDENT (Jakarta Based)
Coordinate, develop, deliver, and monitor the implementation of
performance management program and personnel development including the
process & KPI in term of supporting company’s operation in achieving
targeted goals.
Requirements: 1. Min Bachelor Degree in HR Management/Psychology 2. Min 4 (four) years of experience in HR position, especially in Organization Development area 3. Familiar with Performance Management concepts, system, and processes, especially in Mining Areas 4. Understanding and familiar with Balance Scorecard 5. Strong analytical thinking 6. Attention to details 7. Good communication skill with all levels 8. Fluent in English, both oral and written 9. Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HR information/documents 10. Willing to work beyond office hours as and when required
Responsibilities: 1. Discussion , generate and advisory user
to review and ensure key performance indicators which have been created
are align and relevant with business line strategic goals 2.
Conduct a Performance Appraisal processes; performance contract, midterm
review and end of year to ensure that the performance appraisal result
are fair, objective and reliable for used as a basic for establish
individual development plan and individual career plan. 3. Monitor
and review existing Position Descriptions in order to propose of new
revised/updated Position Descriptions that align with organizational
staffing strategy. 4. Propose & working together with HC
Manager to identify the Second In Control (2IC) on OGS division, prepare
development plan guideline & ensure the IDP are properly carried
out once its obtain management approval, and also establish and evaluate
employee’s Individual Development Plan (especially for 2IC) to ensure
that they are ready to carry out their future responsibility. 5. Lead and monitor the project of development of company’s competencies 6. Implement HSE policies and programs in all activities of work area
PROJECT PLANNING/SCHEDULING (Assignment: Jakarta)
To create and develop a schedule of work activities for a Project which
clearly shows the work breakdown structure, critical path activities,
progress earned to date and programme to completion.
Requirements: 1. Knowledge of best practices in project control and scheduling 2. Ability to design and calculate cost of a project 3. Ability to establish policies and procedures. 4. Familiar with project management and project resources ( Labour, Material and Plant ) 5. Ability to evaluate program effectiveness. 6. Ability to communicate effectively. 7. Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control mechanism. 8.
Knowledge of Primavera Project Planner ( P3 ) and associated software
and demonstrated competence in producing effectively formatted schedules
and reports 9. Min Bachelor Degree of Engineering 10. Min 3 years of experience as planner/scheduler
Responsibilities: 1. Develop procedure for design and
construction project management scheduling, including coding, resources
allocation and cost loading of design and construction schedules 2.
Plan and organize work program; establish and monitor controls to
evaluate unit performance; take appropriate action to correct
performance and to adjust programs to meet requirements 3. Analyze
and interpret schedules prepared by outside consultants and contractors,
merger them into a single composite master schedule, which is
summarized, as required, for various levels of use 4. Establish and
maintain effective means of coordinating unit plans and schedule with
other organization units; report delays and problem promptly and take
appropriate actions to maintain effective coordination of activities;
ensure that unit activities do not conflict with organization goals 5.
Assist in the analysis of claim, utilizing schedule information and

QA/QC SUPERVISOR (Jakarta Based)
Direct, control, observation, and inspect implementation of QA/QC
function, by providing support and execution to project and works within
OGS department. Main objective is to ensure, maintain, develop, all
QA/QC practices are implemented in accordance with company quality
policy and relevant Quality Management System compliance.

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably having familiarity
and experiences to QA/QC implementation upon oil and gas sector, marine

Level, with thorough comprehensive knowledge for QA/QC practice in
construction and operation 6. Full comprehensive knowledge for Quality Management System, ISO 9001 and implementation
