PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements:
• Must be Consultants permanent employes, and not be working for any other companies and/ or contracts.
• Have minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a managerial role
providing manpower to the oil and gas industry in indonesia.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Requirements:
• Must be consultans permanent employees, and not be working for any other companies and/ or contracs.
• Have minimum five (5) years of experience in the similar positions.
HR Manager and HR Cordinator shall have extensive knowledge on manpower
issues/ requierments including but not limited to insurances, taxes,
JAMSOSTEK, and government rules regulating manpower issues.
SENIOR SUBSEA ENGINEER
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in engineering of his/her
field (subsea engineering or related) from a recognized fully accredited
university.
• Has at least ten (10) years of engineering
experience of which seven (7) years must have been in the design og
offshore, oil and gas facilities.
• Familiar with all codes and
standards which apply to his/her engineering field and are experienced
in the application of company specifield engineering computer software
package
• Has held position as senior level engineering position for
the last two (2) years and been assigned to projects that included the
design of offshore production and processing platforms.
SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEERS
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in engineering of his/her field (Process Engineering) from a recognized fully accredited university.
• Has at least ten (10) years of engineering experience of which seven
(7) years must have been in the design og offshore, oil and gas
facilities.
• Familiar with all codes and standards which apply to
his/her engineering field and are experienced in the application of
company specifield engineering computer software package
• Has held
position as senior level engineering position for the last two (2) years
and been assigned to projects that included the design of offshore
production and processing platforms.
RELIABILITY ENGINEERS
Requirements:
• At Least five (5) year experience in
maintenance and operation offshore / onshore equipment especially major
critical equipment. Experience in RCM implementation is preferred.
• Familiar with RCM methodology and implementation
• Familiar with EAM (Enterprise Asset Management such as SAP, JDE, Maximo, etc)
• Familiar with operation and maintenance on Oil and Gas processing facility
•
Technically competence in RCM, TPM, Maintenance strategy, operation,
and maintenance of offshore equipment, including rotating,
instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, condition monitoring practices,
instrument and other related system.
• Has extensive troubleshooting experience, have good ownership and sense of urgency.
