Sr Head of Construction
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and
implementation of the construction process in the offshore facilities by
ensuring compliance with all prevailing regulations and procedures in
order to achieve companys objectives for both company and contractor
employees.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or other
related engineering major with minimum 10 years experienced in technical
and construction management in project in oil & gas industry.

Possesses experience in engineering and field operations, which also
includes project management, facilities training and engineering
practice
Sr Head of Project Control
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning/scheduling, cost
engineering, change control, project performance analysis and cost
estimating activities. Interface with commercial and engineering
functions to coordinate project development, implementation, and
control, resulting in project volume and profitability.
Requirements:
• Min. 10 years of working experience in Project
Management in the offshore oil & gas industry. Having experience at
least 3 years with similar position.
• Through knowledge of EPC projects.
• Good communicator, able to exchange information with all disciplines across the project and with the client.
• Knowledge of Cost Control and project management software.
• Proficient in writing and speaking in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
•
Capable of developing operational plans and schedules with assigned
project manager or project engineers to meet project objectives.
•
Capable of analyzing all deviations from the approved plans and identify
potential problems with respect to schedule and resource requirements.
• Understand all project cost estimates including material, personal
and equipment costs and coordinate with the project engineers to clarify
on any discrepancies.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Visible commitment to safety improvement programmers.
Head of Facilities MDK
Responsibilities:
Coordinates and controls activities of
technical team which include offshore and onshore facilities in
assisting the Project Manager in making accurate judgment and decision
to ensure facilities completed in safe, environmental friendly, high
quality manner, and within budget and schedule.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in
Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument/Chemical/Civil Engineering with minimum
10 years experience in technical and construction management in project
in oil & gas industry.
• Possesses experience in engineering
and field operations which also include project management, facilities
training and engineering practices.
• Experience in gas field is preferable.
• Experience in MOPU or FPSO processing facility is preferable.
Sr. Head of Engineering
Responsibilities:
Direct, supervise and coordinate the
performance of EPCI Contractor for implementing the engineering,
procurement, fabrication/construction, installation, and hook up and
commissioning of Facilities (including platform, pipelines and gas
metering station). Insure the facilities are to build on budget,
schedule and with good safety and quality records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring Engineering
• At least 10 -15 year(s) experience in the engineering and construction management for offshore / onshore facilities.
Sr Hull Engineer
Responsibilities:
Assist Senior Head of Hull to direct,
supervise and coordinate the performance of FPSO (Hull) Contractor for
implementing the engineering, procurement, fabrication/construction,
installation, hook up and commissioning of FPSO Hull. Insure the FPSO
Hull facilities are to bet built on budget, schedule and with good
safety and quality records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring in engineering.
• Minimum 10 year(s) experience in the engineering and construction management for offshore facilities and FPSO.
Sr Topsides Engineer
Responsibilities:
Assist Senior Head of Topsides to direct,
supervise and coordinate the performance of FPSO (Topsides) Contractor
for implementing the engineering, procurement, fabrication/construction,
installation, hook up and commissioning of FPSO topsides. Insure the
FPSO topsides facilities are to built on budget, schedule and with good
safety and quality records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring in engineering.
• Minimum 10 year(s) experience in the engineering and construction management for offshore facilities and FPSO.
Sr Head of HSE Project
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with HSE Department in AMDAL project implementation and report.
• Reviewing FEED and DED in relation with HSE compliance.
• Ensuring HSE compliance in Fabrication, Construction, Installation, Commissioning, and start up process.
• Coordinating and conducting field inspection in relation with HSE.
• Conducting HSE audit to EPCI contractor.
• Implementing HSE Management System to all contractor and field employee in BD project.
• Establishing a good communication and coordination with stakeholder
in relation with Emergency Response and Evacuation Procedure.
• Ensuring Project gets MIGAS certification for all equipment and installation
• Witnessing Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years experience in oil and gas operations, with 4 years in HSE Management.
• Experience in offshore field.
• Experience in QA/QC.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Supt GMS
Responsibilities:
• Supervises operator and technician to run metering activities as required by GSA.
• Supervises operator, technicians, and third party to accomplish tasks on maintaining the equipment installed
• Acts as liaison officer between HCML and Gas Buyers for daily operation.
• Prepare Gas Coordination Meeting with Gas Buyers, Annual Maintenance Meeting, and Annual Meeting
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (S1) in Chemical, Physics, Electrical, Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experiences in oil & gas company
• Knowledge in natural gas metering activities and related facilities
• Possesses Gas Processing understanding
• Possesses leadership experience
• Possesses knowledge in budgeting and cost control
• Analytical thinking, dependable, responsible, organizational commitment
• Concern for client, cooperative, and good communication
• Decision making ability
Marine Specialist
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all Marine ( FPSO ) related
technical activities from Tender Preparation, Contract Award, Project
Execution, including Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication/Construction,
Installation, Hook up, Commissioning and Start-up.
Requirements:
• Min. S1 (Engineering
• 10 years plus experience in engineering, construction and installation of Marine facility.
• Good at communication, having skill of English language both written and spoken.
Pipeline Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Coordinates and supervises pipeline
engineering, procurement, pipeline fabrication and coating,
transportation, installation and commissioning work, including
monitoring the EPCI contractors.
• Ensures that the pipelines are built on budget, schedule with good safety and quality record
• Participates in EPCI Bidding evaluation and clarification, responsible for evaluation of technical content.
•
Ensures pipeline EPCI works comply with the prevailing government
regulations, industrial standards, and practice and company
specifications.
• Assists in coordinating work interface with PFU
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Civil
Engineering with minimum 10 years experienced in technical and pipeline
construction in project in oil & gas industry.
• Possesses
experience in engineering and field operations, which also includes
project management, facilities training and engineering practice.
• Familiar with relative standards and regulations.
