MANAGER FPSO
Responsibilities:
To direct and coordinate development of the BD field, including all facilities and the interfaces between the facilities and constructions, by evaluating designs, assessing procurement activities and coordinating engineering and construction for offshore facilities and FPSO.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering and construction for offshore facilities and FPSO.

HEAD OF FACILITIES
Responsibilities:
Coordinates and controls activities of technical team which include offshore and onshore facilities in assisting the Project Manager in making accurate judgment and decision to ensure facilities completed in safe, environmental friendly, high quality manner, and within budget and schedule.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument/Chemical/Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years’ experience in technical and construction management in project in oil & gas industry.
• Possesses experience in engineering and field operations which also include project management, facilities training and engineering practices.
• Experience in gas field is preferable.
• Experience in MOPU or FPSO processing facility is preferable.

Marine Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Implement execution plan including supervising detailed design, fabrication/construction and installation of facilities.
• Planning and scheduling of the Marine facilities work scope.
• Proactively monitors, updates and manages the Marine schedule and costs.
• Determine required staffing levels for the Marine Section.
• Work with other sections to ensure consistency of design, procurement or critical items, planning, documentation, etc.
• Assist Project Manager in integrating Marine facilities planning into total project planning.
• Ensure design for Marine facilities meets Government Regulations, Company standards and specifications, and appropriate industry standards.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Marine), Engineering (Others), Naval or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering with 10 years experienced in technical and FPSO/FPU marine system in project in oil & gas industry.

Sr Head of Topsides
Responsibilities:

HEAD OF COMPLETION
Responsibilities:
Leads completion engineers group to prepare AFE, completion including DST and work over procedures and final report; discusses and optimizes completion procedures ,with other parties such as geologists and service companies, ensure that completion procedures reflect the latest technology for cost control and productivities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering with minimum 10 years’ of diversified petroleum industry experience in drilling and completion activities and at least 6 years’ with field completion experiences.
• Experience with HTHP is preferable.

MAINTENANCE AND CONTRACT ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
• Develop HCML Maintenance Management System Manual with team.
• Supervise SAP contractor to make sure the development of SAP-PM module in line with HCML Maintenance Management System Manual
• Updates and setups Function Location of all Equipment on field and/or other location under HCML responsibility; manage assets registration & MRP database
• Maintains and updates task list, maintenance Plan and Item, scheduling
• Analyzes, proposes, and coordinates Maintenance plan & schedule
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (S-1) in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field maintenance operations and Contract Engineer
• Proficient knowledge in production process surface, oil & gas equipment, maintenance (corrective & preventive), and material standard.
• Abilities in defining maintenance task list and scheduling to produce turn-around schedule, preventive, predictive & corrective maintenance schedule.
• Proficient knowledge in Maintenance Management System, Project Management & Supply Chain Management.
• Certified PTK-007 would be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, dynamic team player, integrity, initiative, ability to work under pressure; smart/hard worker; sense of responsibility and HSE concern
CONTRACT ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
Supervising and coordinating preparation of tender and contract for the Department to ensure the projects and operations are performed on schedule by providing adequate required services and in compliance with policies and prevailing regulations.
Requirements:
• Min. bachelor degree from Law, Economic, or any engineering major with related background
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling Project Contract in Oil & Gas industry
• Certified in PTK 007
• Having skill of English language both writing and speaking
• Communicative, teamwork and good interpersonal skill.
