Investor Relations Manager
Adaro Energy, a publicly listed, leading Indonesian mining and energy company has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and qualified individual to join Adaro Energy’s Investor Relations team as the Investor Relations Manager at our head quarters in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Description and Responsibilities: 
As a manager of the investor relations team, this full time position will help Adaro Energy’s investor relations efforts to implement a cost-effective, proactive program. You will help manage the perceptions of international and domestic investors, analysts and other financial market influences in order to optimize the valuation of Adaro Energy as a publicly traded company. This position reports to the Division Head of Corporate Secretary Investor Relations and is a highly visible role both internally and externally.
You will actively promote transparency and fair disclosure. You will develop and execute an Investor Relations program and develop and execute core financial communications strategies and messages. You will assist in the preparation, planning and distribution of investor relations documents and materials, such as the website, quarterly and annual reports. You will assist with the preparation, implementation and follow-up for investor roadshows, conferences and meetings with financial analysts, institutional investors and shareholders. You will manage advertising campaigns and help augment Adaro Energy’s financial brand and position in the investment community. Additional responsibilities include conducting ongoing market research, analyzing competitors, industry metrics and financial valuations; serving as one of the primary liaisons for day-to-day inquiries from investors and stock analysts; maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Adaro Energy’s business and strategy; reporting key issues, shareholder information and market insights to executive management and making recommendations based on observations; and monitoring fluctuations in shareholder base.

Senior Investor Relations Manager

Job responsibilities
• Scheduling internal and external meetings and appointments, including venue arrangements;
• Planning, developing and implementing filing system for Company so as to ensure simple access to required documents
• Monitoring and managing contact distribution of Investor Relation Team.
• Managing individual contact, and master contact distribution.
• Making report of productivity each investor relation team member on monthly basis.
• Screening all incoming letters, papers and documents to device urgency, function, and needs
• Taking care of travel arrangement for Investor Relation team for both domestic and overseas trips.

Management Information System Support Officer
Job responsibilities
Seeking an experienced Hyperion Planning and Essbase (include developer skill) with solid technical skills and a deep understanding of finance and accounting, including budgeting and forecasting. The candidate will work closely with corporate and LOB users to support business operations. They will serve as the point of contact for user inquiries and issue resolution related to the monthly outlook cycle. The candidate will work closely with the Hyperion development team, on and off shore, to evolve the Hyperion strategic roadmap.
Key Areas of Responsibility include: 
• Create and maintain Hyperion Planning and Essbase applicationsv• Provide assistance to the business users during monthly financial outlook process, troubleshooting issues and solving problems as part of the team on-call rotation.
• Maintain data mappings from source to the applications using Financial Data Quality Management (FDQM)
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Hyperion security using Active Directory users groups.
• Creation and implementation of Hyperion application process improvements
• Develop and implement new reporting and analytical processes for Planning and Essbase using ad-hoc and Hyperion Financial Reporting, include OBIEE.
• Maintain system stability, support multiple versions, optimize the production environments, and regularly backup the system.
Job requirement
• Requires BS/BA in technology and 3+ years of experience Hyperion Development related field. Will consider additional industry experience in lieu of degree.
• 3 - 5 years of progressive hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion (11x) in minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations: Data Relationship Management, Planning and Essbase OR Financial Management
• Demonstrated experience in designing, architecting, developing, testing, and deployment of HFM, DRM, Essbase, and OBIEE solutions (11x) including metadata, security, rules, data forms and grids, currency conversion, intercompany eliminations and consolidations, Smartview
• Development experience with supporting technologies including SQL, relational databases, FQDM(EE/ERPI desired) location setup, configuration mapping and validation rules, and Financial Reporting.
• Finance and Accounting functional knowledge or experience equivalent to role requirement.
• Experience in a project team environment using structured methodologies for solution delivery.
