- Experience in managing Manpower Contract minimum 4 years for S1 and 6 years for D3
- English proficiency : Higher intermediate level
- Presentation skill : Higher intermediate level
- Understanding of Manpower regulation : Advanced
- Understanding of Tax regulation : Competent
2. HR & Field Coordinator
- Maximum 45 years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree ( S1 )
