SUPERINTENDENT FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (FMS) – 925212
(Sangatta Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Providing leadership in managing Fleet Management Systems/Dispatcher section to providing benefits of the FMS Systems to Mining Operation and Production
• Providing leadership in meeting company HSE&Q and systems requirements
• Maximise the benefits of the FMS system to Mine Operations/Production
• Implement set of KPI’s for dispatch system and dispatchers as well as system users according to mining industry standards
• Build a team of capable dispatchers to effectively run the FMS system
• Ensure data integrity level of over 98% of Dispatch mining system
• Continuously train, coach and guide all levels of personnel on effective usage of Jigsaw’s products
• Apply policies and procedures as well as responsibilities of the FMS system
What skills and experience do you need?
• Engineering Degree preferred from Mining/ Geology/ IT/ Industrial with minimum 5 years’ experience in Open Pit Mining; 5 years’ experience in similar role in managing Fleet Management System (FMS) Team
• Has capability in managing a success Fleet Management Systems Team; depth understanding on Coal Mining or Other Mineral Mining Operation; has understanding on Mining Engineering knowledge; strong Knowledge of Fleet Management Systems (preferable Jigsaw); strong knowledge of Technology, Hardware & Infrastructure aspect that support FMS
• Proficient in English skills both oral and written (business Writing); Demonstrate High Impact Presentation Skill; Has strong and depth Analysis skill especially with numbers, calculation and demonstrate high excel skill; Strong Leadership and Communication Skill and hold people’s accountabilities.
SENIOR ENGINEER FMS (FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) – 925213

Some of your duties will include:
• To ensure fleet management system functions are optimizing
• To ensure all diggers and trucks productivity achieve the target
• To ensure all units utilized properly
• Guide and actively contribute to a positive teamwork and environment at all times
• Communicate openly and honestly
• Lead the team and hold people accountable
• Proficient Advance Skill on JIGSAW system including the network, hardware, softeware, and the optimization
• Proficient Skill on Mining Operation Optimization and Engineering
• Manage the collecting and recording of fleet activity, analyse, take corrective action and report the performance
• Ensure all equipment utilized properly
• Manage the circuit of each production digger optimized
• Deliver and Manage team member to comply within jobs and tasks
• Ensure all the recorded data accurate to eliminate the error in the decision making in mining operation fleet management system
• Review, analyse, and take action immediately for unproductive activity to minimize the production loss
What skills and experience do you need?
• Engineering Degree preferred from Mining/ Geology/ IT/ Industrial Minimum 5 years’ experience in Open Pit Mining;
• Proficient Advance Skill on JIGSAW system including the network, hardware, software, and the optimization; Proficient Skill on Mining Operation Optimization and Engineering; Broad understanding Mining Operation, Engineering, Direct Cost Control Concept and Technology;

IT DISPATCHER – 925216

Some of your duties will include:
• Providing support in managing Fleet Management on shift base, being part with dispatcher to make sure the objectives given effective follow to support mining operation
• Managing a good relationship with Mining Operation in providing Mining Information for Operational Decision during shift
• Meeting company HSE&Q and systems requirements
• Developing customize report as user request
• Maintain 100% FMS systems available to be utilised
• Apply policies and procedures as well as responsibilities of the Dispatcher IT
• Continuously train, coach and guide all levels of technician on effective support
• Always monitor KPI’s for Dispatchers IT in order to be in line with Project Objectives
• Communicate with vendor regarding on maintain and support FMS
What skills and experience do you need?
• Diploma Degree in Information System/ Electrical with 3-5 years experiences in Dispatcher IT (Software)
• Good understanding on query data base (postgreSQL and Microsoft SQL), Linux server; Good Knowledge of data flow process on Fleet Management Systems (preferable Jigsaw); Good Problem Solving and Analysis especially about FMS system and reporting

SENIOR ENGINEER DRILL & BLAST – 925214

Some of your duties will include:
• To lead drill and blast section team
• To provide the leadership and coaching within drilling and blasting section
• To make sure all drilling and blasting activities are following the plan, safe, in cost manner, good quality, documented and reported on time
• To make sure blasting quality are good to allow easy digging and digger can work productively
• To make sure record and report are correct, drill consumables stock are safe for continuity drilling
• To make sure broken stock are safe to allow digging sequence following mine planning
• To ensure explosive and accessories used in the field as per blasting plan
• To ensure record of explosive and accessories usage are correct and reconciled in weekly basis
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork and environment at all times
• Prepared drill and blast design to make good fragmentation and benching/sloping
• Prepared required of explosives, accessories and shoot plan
• Drill and blast design are safe, effective and issued ahead of time
• Coordination with short term engineer, mining supervisor for daily mining activities to achieve target of drill and blast sequences
• Designs are discussed with senior pit engineer, engineering superintendent, operations personnel and consensus is reached on the design approach
• Distribute and inform about blasting plan to all responsibilities
• Calculate blasting inventory every single blast and weekly basis
• Prepare drill performance for weekly basis
• Prepare statistics and report to client based on daily and monthly basis
• Prepare 6 month forecast of explosive and accessories every month
• Prepare Drill requirement and consumable for monthly basis
What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary degree in Mining, Civil or Geologist with 8 years’ experience in similar role in Open Pit Mining;
• Hold certificate Blaster Class II; understanding of mining sequences, mining and construction technology, mining Equipment and applications, engineering Principles; familiar with designing drill and blast; leading the team and explosives handling; proficient in applications applications of terramodel drill blast and shot plus software;
• Candidate should fluent in English both oral and written, and proficient in computer literacy; strong leadership; self motivated; ability to influence; team player; innovative and problem solving; supportive; communicative; and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
GEOLOGIST – 925217

Some of your duties will include:
• To provide geological analysis for mining activities
• To provide mine planning and production personnel with data on the geological conditions predicted for mining.
• To ensure maximum coal recovery in the most cost effectively and safe manner.
• To provide daily, weekly and monthly report about coal activities (inventory, supply, reconciliation, inspection).
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork within pit engineering group and environment at all times.
• To communicate geological issues to the team.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor Degree in Mining or Geological Engineering with minimum of 3 years professional experience in large open cut mining and mine engineering;
• Familiar with coal mining activity; Familiar with Minescape, stratmodel; Understand coal quality, geological modelling, stratigraphy and basic geotechnical; Has good ability in reporting;

SENIOR ENGINEER PLANT – 925219
(Jakarta Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• To source Plant & Equipment in accordance with the TCI Plant Sourcing Guide
• To develop and maintain Consist Sheets for all units that may be purchased by TCI.
• To inspect plant and equipment to ensure consist has been fitted and the unit is in good condition.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Trade Qualification; Have minimum 8 (eight) years experiences in similar heavy engineering role; Preferable 3-5 Years’ experience as a mechanic
• Have good understanding of financial principles, familiar with engineering support on plant and equipment to ensuring the systems are being used correctly and continually in the line with word and industry best practice.
• Must have a good skill in analytical and problem solving, result driven, practical thinker, computer literate, and excellent English communication skill both in verbal and written.
SUPERVISOR HV ELECTRICAL – 925131
(Sangatta Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible for HV Electrical trouble shooting, commissioning, re-commissioning majorly in Electrical/ Electromechanical control system including synchronization system;
• Assist implementation of electrical HV procedures to all TCI sites, and to manage the implementation of action plans that are developed from site audits and inspection;
• Ensure all issues identified are reported and rectified in a safe in a safe timely manner;
• Play an active role in the development of Plant KPI’s to ensure they are being used to continually improve TCI asset manage;
What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering or Thiess Electrical Trade Specialist; has 7 years’ experience in maintenance HV electrical repair, troubleshooting in the mining industry with minimum 3 years’ experience as Supervision HV Electrical & Radio Communication; familiar working with ERP system, preferably in JDE or TMS is advantageous; proficient in troubleshooting electrical control system; genset troubleshooting synchronizing panel troubleshooting, electrometrical control system, HV electrical equipment knowledge.
• Good leadership skill, good communication in English as well Bahasa able to communicate to all level (internal/external), good in planning and organizing job; proactive; able to work in under pressure
CAMP MAINTENANCE OFFICER - 925211
(Wahana Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Coordinating the civil design and engineering activities with the prime objectives of ensuring construction activiites are built as per design and specification, effectively and efficiently to meet project timelines and budget.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum Diploma from Civil Engineering or related discpline;
• A minimum 4-7 years of experience in similar role; applicant should be able to communicate well and has good organization skill, basic computer skills in word and excel and be able to draft reports and read construction drawing; work in remote area, work in rosters, frequent on call and monotonuous work.
