as measured by global output. We produce ~200,000oz per annum, derived
mainly from our operating Indonesian assets. We operate, mine and
understand low grade-gold deposits and heap leach systems.

expansion, we are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the
following roles (contract basis) for the development of our Gold Mine
located in Gorontalo and North Sulawesi:
1. Project Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES • To manage civil planning and engineering function in a project in order to ensure timely project completion. •
To manage section works, project construction and civil workshop
function in a project in order to ensure that project targets are met. •
To manage health, safety and environment awareness in order to ensure a
safe, healthy, and environment-friendly working condition. • To manage human resource in order to ensure optimum allocation, capability, and motivation of project team. • To manage/assist in managing subcontractors in order to ensure that subcontracted works are delivered as contract •
To manage/assist in managing periodical reporting in order to ensure
that all required project information is complete and accurate for
decision making purpose • To assist in managing quality in order to
ensure deliverables meet company quality standard and in managing
equipment availability and maintenance in order to ensure the operation
is being performed with minimum interruption or delay caused by
unreliable equipment.
REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor degree in Degree in civil engineering, or related disciplines •
12 - 15 years’ experience in civil/construction and minimum 5 years’
experience in a management role in the civil industry with exposure to
end-to-end civil/construction management. • Have extensive experience
in civil infrastructure works with a capability in both managing civil
and infrastructure planning (short or long term planning) and civil
engineering. • Have extensive experience in civil infrastructure
works with a capability in both managing civil workshop and project
construction and quantity surveys. • In-depth knowledge of managing financial aspect of civil and construction industry • Previous experience as Project Manager for the development of gold mine. • Deep knowledge upon practical application of building and civil construction & safety legal requirements
2. Construction Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES • To manage the construction works of the project to which he has been assigned in order to ensure that targets are achieved • To manage and develop the assigned subordinates in order to optimize workable time in construction. •
To review and control continuous improvement and optimization
activities in order to ensure optimum efficiencies in ongoing basis. •
To review and control sufficient competent technical resources are
available in order to effectively perform construction activities. • To maintain inter and intra-functional coordination to ensure that construction plans and schedules are integrated •
To monitor and provide recommendation towards safe and environmentally
friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety
record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters
in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation. •
To consolidate and review reports from subordinates/team members in
order to ensure the accurate presentation of monthly and annual reports
for decision making purposes. • To perform knowledge sharing and
update construction technical expertise in order to enhance the
professional development within the organization
REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor degree in civil engineering or related disciplines. •
10 – 12 years’ experience in civil/construction and minimum 5 years’
experience in a management role in the civil industry with exposure to
end-to-end civil/construction management. • Have extensive experience in building construction works with a capability in monitoring direct staff and subcontractors • Experience in managing operational and technical role in the construction industry. • Experience working at civil contractor with exposure in the development of gold mine is preferred. • Deep knowledge upon practical application of building and civil construction & safety legal requirements
3. Project Engineering Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES • To manage all detailed planning of works to
be carried out in order to ensure works are carried out in a timely
manner and in line with the company requirements. • To manage the
project program and provide support to the Project team in order to
ensure accurate program and reporting of works. • To manage KPI and
tracking information required for periodic (weekly, biweekly and
monthly) reports in order to monitor and report any variances from
planned productivities and targets to ensure ongoing compliance with
Project Programs. • To manage and control the development of accurate
as-built plans and the undertake relevant analysis in order to
substantiate extension of time claims if deemed necessary • To coordinate and develop the assigned subordinates in order to optimize workable time in construction. •
To review and control continuous improvement and optimization
activities in order to ensure optimum efficiencies in ongoing basis. •
To review and control sufficient competent technical resources are
available in order to effectively perform construction activities. • To maintain inter and intra-functional coordination to ensure that construction plans and schedules are integrated. •

REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor degree in civil / structural engineering, or related disciplines •
10 – 12 years’ experience in civil/construction and minimum 5 years’
experience in a management role in the civil industry with exposure to
end-to-end civil/construction management. • Have extensive experience
in performing planning and engineering role on construction, civil
infrastructure works and projects. • Deep knowledge upon practical application of civil (earthwork) and building construction & safety legal. • In depth understanding of construction methodology covering building and civil infrastructure. • Experience working at civil contractor with exposure in the development of gold mine is preferred.
4. Senior Civil & Structural Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES • To coordinate all temporary and permanent
works design and design consultant activities in order to ensure
compliance with relevant engineering requirements along with technical
and commercial contractual obligations. • To coordinate the quality
of the works including procurement of material (permanent and temporary
works) in a timely manner in order to ensure construction continues as
scheduled. • To monitor the execution civil engineering activities
and the work of subordinates on design in order to ensure construction
works are carried out as per program within safety and quality
guidelines. • To review and ensure that project designs, schedules,
cost, results and recommended improvements are effectively implemented
to end-users with the support of project management. • To coordinate
with external parties (contractor / EPMC representatives) and local
authorities in order to ensure approvals are obtained in a timely
manner. • To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working
procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage
employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply
with statutory requirements and HSE expectation. • To perform knowledge sharing in order to enhance the professional development within the organization.
REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor degree in civil / structural engineering, or related disciplines • 8 – 10 years’ experience in civil/construction • Have extensive on-site experience performing construction, road or civil projects. • Have experience in QA/QC training and project management
5. Senior Mechanical & Piping Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES • To maintain mechanical engineering
standards across projects and studies by identifying and implementing
best practice and holding the project team to account for quality. •
To prepare technical specifications, equipment lists and material lists
and to perform calculations and assessment as required. • To liaise
with other engineering disciplines to coordinate technical information
and to review and advise on technical documents submitted by vendors. •
To deliver mechanical engineering design according to required project
timeframes and standards while adhering to design specifications. • To be responsible for HVAC and utility systems (boilers, chillers, air compressors, refrigeration) • To perform hydraulic, pump calculations, piping calculations, stress analyses and material selections. • To supervise drafters, designers executing piping designs.
REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline • 8 – 10 years’ experience in civil/construction • Have extensive on-site experience performing construction, road or civil projects •
Extensive design experience, primarily in a contracting, operating or
consultancy environment, working with pressure vessels and heat
exchangers • Experience within a contractor, operator or consultancy on the development of Gold Mine.
6. Superintendent - Earthwork
RESPONSIBILITIES • To monitor, control and supervise labor in a
day to day basis, direct subcontract, and all non-labor resources in
order to ensure project completed on schedule, conform to the standard
of quality specified. • To provide leadership and direction to all
Earthworks operations team including monitor their performance in order
to maintain and enhance team performance. • To monitor and control
the implementation of Earthworks plan and manage that all necessary
resources are available at site in order to meet the construction
schedule through regular construction meetings. • To monitor and control the Earthworks budget to ensure that costs do not exceed budget. •
To initiate, develop and improve the implementation of construction
methodology and equipment utilization to improve efficiency. • To
provide Construction Manager and Project Manager with construction
schedules, cost forecasts and progress statistics in order to updated
current situation.
REQUIREMENTS • Diploma degree in Engineering with 10 years or Bachelor Degree with 7 years experiences in engineering areas • Min. 5 years experiences in leadership roles holding Electrical & Instrument Supervisor or Superintendent Positions. • Good understanding & implementation of earthworks methods • Experience within a contractor and or operator on the development of Gold Mine.
7. Document Control
RESPONSIBILITIES • To coordinate the receipt, distribution and
tracking of the changes to all of the function’s documents in order to
facilitate the smooth running of projects in compliance with project
procedures. • To prepare various reports in order to ensure the accurate presentation of daily, weekly and monthly reports. •
To maintain, and archive the documents and to ensure documentation
required for specific project is completed and meet the requirements. •
To maintain web based company management & documentation system to
ensure effective document control including quality newsletter • To coordinate with Project QA Rep to ensure Project Documentation as stated in PMP are available and implemented. • To conduct session together with process owner to define process and procedure. •
To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in
order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee
participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with
statutory requirements and HSE expectation.
REQUIREMENTS • Diploma in business administration • 1 – 2 year of relevant document control experience in construction/mining industry is preferred. • Have an exposure in document control procedures. • Experience working at mining/civil contractor is preferred.
