1.Head - LNG PlantRequirements: • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Sciences, Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 15 years in the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry Management, with a minimum of 10 years in Onshore LNG Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and Deliver Onshore LNG Plant Pre-FEED with alignment with Subsurface, Drilling, FPSO, SURF and Gas Export Pipeline.
• Manage the team to identify and define Onshore LNG Block field development options and concepts, to develop Onshore LNG facilities Pre-FEED of Onshore LNG block, and to submit plan of development (POD) within the timeframe.
• Coordinate, monitor and evaluate Onshore LNG project execution with pay attention on HSSE matters, rules and regulations, and project progress achieved, in order to ensure Onshore LNG project progress meet plan and target according to agreed contract and developed engineering design match to the Onshore LNG block characteristics.
2.Sr. Engineer – GeotechnicalRequirements: Bachelor degree in technical science or engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable. A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry and a minimum of 8 years in the area of Deep water geotechnical engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide geotechnical input on SURF and pipeline and deliver the related deliverables including technical part of SURF/pipeline Front End Engineering and Geotechnical Survey ITTs. Special attention should be given to slope stability of Tanimbar trough and environmentally sensitive shore approach. Develop detailed Geotechnical engineering project plan and schedule, to submit Geotechnical Survey engineering and survey plan as source of annual budget and AFE preparation within Project Team. Review Contractor’s work of Survey work execution with pay attention on HSSE matters and project progress achieved. Monitor geotechnical engineering status and its interface and integration plan to related Parties; in order to ensure overall OLNG project progress (including SURF, Gas Export Pipeline and Onshore LNG Plant) meet plan and target according to agreed contract.
3.Sr. Engineer - Mooring SystemRequirements: Bachelor degree in technical science or engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable. A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry and a minimum of 8 years in the area of mooring systems engineering for offshore floating facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical input on offshore facilities (FPSO) Mooring System engineering and deliver related deliverables including technical part of FPSO Front End Engineering ITT. Special attention should be given to process optimization for dry gas export and subsea flow assurance. Provide recommendations and advance knowledge in selecting/screening the most effective and efficient gas production system and technology in Onshore LNG block and develop detailed offshore facilities (FPSO) Mooring System. Propose technical input; monitor and review the Contractor’s works in developing Offshore facilities (FPSO) Mooring System Pre-FEED including its interface and integration to other process and system (SURF, Pipeline, Onshore LNG Plant and HSSE, etc.), conduct necessary Offshore facilities (FPSO) Mooring System study; to ensure availability of reliable Offshore facilities (FPSO) Mooring System Pre-FEED that meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and match to the Onshore LNG block characteristics.
4.Sr. Engineer - Rotating EquipmentRequirements: • Bachelor degree in technical science or engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry and a minimum of 8 years in the area of rotating machinery engineering experiences of LNG liquefaction process plants. Key
Responsibilities:
• Provide recommendations and advance knowledge in selecting/screening the most effective and efficient gas production system and technology in Onshore LNG block and develop detailed LNG plant rotary machinery engineering plan; propose technical input; monitor and review the Contractor’s works in developing LNG plant rotary machinery engineering Pre-FEED including its interface and integration to other system (SURF, FPSO, Pipeline and HSSE, etc.), conduct necessary LNG plant rotary machinery engineering study; to ensure availability of reliable LNG plant rotary machinery engineering Pre-FEED that meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and match to the Onshore LNG block characteristics.
5.Sr. Manager - LegalRequirements: • LL.B or JD (required) and LL.M (preferable) degrees in Law with studies related to Corporate Law and the Oil and Gas industry.
• A minimum 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, both as a lawyer and as a legal manager, preferably in a leadership role and with international experience/background, fluent in English both speaking and writing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all Legal and Insurance activities to: ensure that all Company’s operations are in compliance with (i) applicable international and national laws and regulations, (ii) Company policies, guidelines and procedures, and (iii) the highest professional and ethical standards; provide all Company’s Department, Teams, Operating Units, and Management with advise, counsel and support; and ensure the interest of Company are protected from legal and risk perspectives.
6.Sr. Engineer - PipingRequirements: • Bachelor degree in technical science or engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry and a minimum of 8 years in the area of Piping and mechanical (static equipment) engineering of LNG liquefaction process plants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide recommendations and advance knowledge in selecting/screening the most effective and efficient gas production system and technology in Onshore LNG block and develop detailed LNG plant piping and mechanical (static equipment) engineering plan; propose technical input; monitor and review the Contractor’s works in developing LNG plant piping and mechanical (static equipment) engineering Pre-FEED including its interface and integration to other system (SURF, FPSO, Pipeline and HSSE, etc.), conduct necessary LNG piping and mechanical (static equipment) engineering study; to ensure availability of reliable LNG plant piping and mechanical (static equipment) engineering Pre-FEED that meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and match to the Onshore LNG block characteristics.
