PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER (Assignment: Head Office/Project Site)
Develop, control, and monitor project’s budget and schedule, analyze
progress reported against the work schedules and recommend the
improvement for progress; ensure all project management activities are
well managed & conform to budget and company’s regulations and
procedures.
Requirements: • Min. Bachelor Degree in any Engineering disciplines. •
Min. 7 years experiences as cost controller, scheduler, or project
control. It includes experience in project execution in medium to high
scale project cost and complexity, • Familiar and fluent with project control programs such as Dbase, SAP, etc. •
Proficiency in Project Management Software (e.g. Primavera Project
Planner); possess robust knowledge of project networking schedule • Strong leadership skill. • Good analytical thinking.
Responsibilities: • Direct, monitor, and supervise Cost
Controller & Planner in the development of the project budgets,
schedules, and estimates to ensure all project activities are well
delivered, on schedule, and conform to company’s procedures. •
Monitor and coordinate the creation / modification of WBS (Work
Breakdown System) and budget data (including resource loading) for those
WBS elements in order to ensure budget conformity. • Monitor and analyze project schedule progress and performance in order to identify developing problem areas. • Review and analyze critical path and restrains to determine the effect of change to the schedule and cost impact. • Providing a proactive decision support services to the project team, ensuring the alternative execution. • Monitoring progress based on deliverables & installing quantities. •
Provide advice to top management of risks that may affect project
profit, cost, schedule, and client relations in order to develop and
deliver the company’s future plan. • Coordinate and liaise with
construction project control personnel in developing project controls
information (construction schedules & cost) in order to integrate
data into the overall project cost & schedule reports. • Develop
and maintain of any periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) status reports
(include labor productivity, schedule status, financial analysis, Cost
Performance Report and earn value curves reports on either direct or
indirect engineering/construction activities) in order to keep
management and/or owner informed on the project progress. • Preparing project claimed to Client and COP (SAP) to vendor/subcontractor, every month as per contract requirement. • Preparing project close out report. •
Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental
Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to
official standard and requirements.
LICENSE & PERMIT SUPERINTENDENT (Assignment: Head Office)
Be responsible for modifications and updating of submission documents to
meet regulatory requirements and manage permitting process for assuring
the logistics and offshore supply base business compliance to licensing
and permitting requirements. The role will include representing company
both participating in and presenting at meeting and events in building
and maintaining relationship with key stakeholders especially from the
government agencies.
Requirements: • Bachelor degree from reputable local
university/ overseas, preferably with experience in Logistic and/ or Oil
& Gas services • Minimum 5 years professional experience in related field, out of which 2 years in supervisory position • Experienced in an external facing/public affairs role • Strong teamwork, research and analytical skills, and interpersonal skills • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships • Willingness to travel and a desire to engage with people of all backgrounds and cultures • Excellent communication skills – written, oral and presentation (essential) • Extensive research skills across a range of research methods • Sensitive to social and cultural issues (essential) •
Human relation, mentoring, leadership, able to communicate in any level

Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the documents approval
process, issuance of permits, plan submittals, plan processing, and fee
assessment and payment processing. • Ensure timely processing of
plans, permits and supporting documents; manage and coordinate the
routing and tracking of documents required to various government
departments and agencies for required reviews and clearances; perform
follow-up phone calls to ensure timeliness of response from other
departments and agencies. • Monitor compliance with all permitting requirements and licensing procedures (i.e. AMDAL, PLB SKEP etc.). • Find out the news/ issues related to policy/ license that have a direct or indirect effect to the company from the government. • Develop strategic relationships with Port Authority and other local and central community or government bodies. • Administrative reports and documents related to licensing, either in hardcopy or softcopy format. •
Provide the preparation of briefing material, presentations and
speaking notes for management in their engagement with external
audiences. • Organize effective communication on updated policies /
permits/ regulation related with our businesses to ensure appropriate
linkage and consistency at the operation. • Undertake other duties
and responsibilities as may be determined by the Management and provide
support to work colleagues as required. • Maintain and implementing
HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the
effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and
requirements.
DRAFTER (ELECTRICAL-INSTRUMENT ENGINEERING) (Assignment: Head Office/Project Site)
Providing to develop drawings in software from concept, input, and
instruction related with Engineering works, Project Execution, and as
built; providing assistance required for Engineering Team for upcoming
projects.
Requirements: • Min Bachelor degree in Electrical-Instrument Engineering. • Min 2 years experiences as drafter. • Having knowledge in using Auto Cad Program. • Possess knowledge of electrical and instrument element of drawing products. • Ability to be orientated to all Engineering disciplines. • To work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines.
Responsibilities: • Perform work using standard drawing processes and methods. • Develop drawings from sketches provided by Engineers or Designers. •
Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental
Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to
official standard and requirements.
INVESTOR RELATIONS OFFICER (Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)
Analyzing a financial information of the Company and other listed
companies, preparing investor relations material & a quarterly
newsletter, and to support the annual report preparation.
Requirements: • Min. Bachelor Degree graduated from reputable university, preferably in accounting or management • Investment. • Minimum 3 years professional experience in related field. • Communications and cooperation skills with all other departments within the organization. • Have experiences in conducting Corporate Actions such as IPO, Right issue, RUPS as well as investor relations gathering • Builds working relationships with the executive team and board members.
Responsibilities: • Identify those issues that are necessary
to address in presentations of the company, and to inform management
about these issues. • Prepare and organize annual calendar of events
to meet with the shareholders of the company, potential investors and
regular meetings with analysts. • Analyse market and other company data in order to inform management about investment & capital market. • Ensure that information about the company is disclosed transparently, comparably, consistently and reliably. • Create drafting the press release/writing (parts of) the annual report. •

Senior Contract Engineer (Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)
Prepare, review, analyse and administer various contract document,
including the definition of scope of work, identification of both
parties’ responsibilities, and interpretation of relevant contract
conditions; to ensure that the project requirements are adequately
delivered to the Client and Company is not exposed to unnecessary costs
or penalties and in order to enhance Company’s effectiveness and
efficiencies in terms of minimising such risk in commercial / contracts.
Requirements: • Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business. • Min. 5 years previous experiences dealing with contracts. • Working knowledge of PTK007 and preferably having certification of PTK007 from SKK MIGAS. •
Interface with the insurance team in terms of the coverage of insurance
provisions mandated by the various service contract agreements. • Interface with commercial / legal service providers in case the order is leading towards dispute proceedings – if any. • Participate in external and internal audit investigations – as necessary. • Direct exposure in contract orders involving different kinds of Clients, and vendors & subcontractors (if needed). •
Comprehensive knowledge of Contract Law principles and practices. Must
possess an in depth knowledge on the various Terms and Conditions in use
as well extensive as experience in construction project management. • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written. • Willing to work extended hours to meet the deadline. • Required to work onsite, in remote areas with limited facilities.
Responsibilities: • In collaboration with BD team and site
operation team to prepare the pricing proposal particularly for the
terms & condition applied. • In collaboration with BD team to
facilitate risk assessment for new project and maintain and monitor
until the completion of the contract period. • In collaboration with
legal department, to prepare and/or to review the draft agreements to or
from Client and expedite the process until final draft agreements
agreed by Petrosea and the Client. • Contract handover, monitor and
control contract implementation to ensure that the Client and Petrosea
follow the contractual requirements of the contract such that Petrosea
is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties. • Drafting formal
letters or prepare recommendation / solution for regular commercial and
contractual issues involving the clients and attend to meetings with
contractual nature and uphold the project’s objectives at all times. •
Organize and manage variations and claims to their scope of work and
successfully negotiate these to settlement, including a running log of
all contractual correspondence to settlement. • Support and assist
Superior in reviewing performance of all client contract agreements;
provide input contract information including specific conditions that
will fit into site requirements and align with Petrosea Contracting
Principles. • Prepare local content commitment, monitor local content
implementation and compile local content achievement for client service
contract including coordination with 3rd party surveyor. • Conduct appraisal and develop staff development, as per yearly training and development plan. •
Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental
Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to
official standard and requirements.
CLIENT RELATION (Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)
Develop long-term relationship by identifying best-fit solutions for
Clients’ needs to ensure that the needs are met and exceeded the
expectations & lead tendering processes for the assigned Clients
existing and new project.
Requirements: • Min. Bachelor Degree from Business Management or relevant major from reputable university. •
Min. 4 years working experiences in Oil & Gas related business,
with min. 2 years working experiences in tender or proposal preparation
and administration and/or any position which require direct interaction
with Clients. • Have a sufficient understanding of Logistics Business • Strong network in Oil & Gas upstream business and its support services. • Good analytical thinking. • Good communication skill. • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both oral and written • Can be relied upon company confidential information.
Responsibilities: • Account Management coverage, to meet with
key personnel accounts and third party collaborators to discuss
opportunities and needs for growth of the business. • Identify and
understand specific client requirements, focus on specific
opportunities; promote company services, company’s products,
service/product differentiators and added value benefits. • Lead
tendering process for the assigned client’s existing and new project to
ensure client requirements are clearly defined and appropriate responses
are incorporated into the company tender submission. • Responsible for all Clients’ documents process in line with Client’s expectations. • Conducting a proper contract handover to internal interfaces. •
Coordinate an effective team approach to handling client requirements
and delivering the necessary responses in a timely manner. •
Completing regular performance review meetings with Client to ensure all
contract requirements are being delivered in accordance with company
procedures. • Understand our competitors’ market offering and their activities within the market sectors we operate. • Ensure line reports deliver against respective operational, performance and business objectives. •
Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental
Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to
