Profile/Experience:
• 5 years overall in Finance/Accounting, significant exposure in Accounts Payable, in a construction company.
• 5 years overall in Finance/Accounting, significant exposure in Accounts Payable, in a construction company.
Job Description :
• Receive invoices from vendors and subcontractors, check their completeness and process invoices in the system
• Liase with SCM to ensure invoices received can be proceed in the system.
• Liase with Tax department, to ensure tax are properly recorded for invoice processing
• Ensure all transactions are coded correctly in General Ledger, according to Accounting Standards (PSAK).
• Filling of invoices
• Update MPB (Invoice register) as the company database of all invoices received.
