MECHANICAL COORDINATOR
PURPOSE OF RECRUITMENT:
- Take a lead on all mechanical related tasks and ensure all the aspect of mechanical installations are completed on time.
- Coordinate closely with Main contractors supposed to ensure the installation and time completelion on the time
- Ensure the completeness of all documentations purposed and ensure the installation need fulfill design requirement.
- Issues NCR to contractors/sub-contractors when necessary.
- Ensure safety standards are implemented and rejects improper mechanical works.
- Reviews work progress, schedule, and requirement for completion.
SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Working Experience:
- 10 Years, in Area As electrical coordinator, manager, supervisor in heavy industry or plant >$20 mio.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of cement machinery and their applications in the plant.
- Strong understanding of plant and building services, including design principles, inspection test plans, risk assessments, commissioning and handover requirement.
- Ability to review design drawings and discuss alternatives, if necessary, with mechanical designers.
- Strong understanding of occupational health and safety at construction site and carry out toolbox talks when necessary.
- Ability to manage ad supervise other personal, sub-contractors, tradesmen, etc.
- Strong communication skills, preferably in Chinese or English.
- Ability to generate project documentations
- Familiar with mechanical standard
Minimum Education: S1 mechanical engineering
Others, (please specify): TOEFL min. 550 (writing).
ELECTRICAL COORDINATOR
PURPOSE OF RECRUITMENT :
- Take a lead on all electrical related tasks and ensure all the aspect of electrical installations are completed on time.
- Coordinate closely with sub-contractors and PLN to ensure all works are according to the approved drawings.
- Ensure the completeness of all documentations and as built drawings.
- Issues NCR to contractors/sub-contractors when necessary.
- Ensure safety standards are implemented and rejects improper electrical works.
- Reviews work progress, schedule, and requirement for completion.
SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Working Experience: 10 Years, in Area As electrical coordinator, manager, supervisor in heavy industry or plant >$20 mio.
Skills :
- Strong understanding of high, medium, and low voltage also automation their applications in the plant.
- Strong understanding of plant and building services, including design principles, inspection test plans, risk assessments, commissioning and handover requirement.

- Strong understanding of occupational health and safety at construction site and carry out toolbox talks when necessary.

- Familiar with SNI and PUIL for electrical installation.

MAINTENANCE MECHANICAL (SUPERINTENDENT)
Job responsibility:
1. Implemented the concept of maintenance (preventive, predictive and corrective) in order to keep the running time of equipment in cement plant
2. Make Preventive Maintenance plan for main equipment and supporting equipment in cement plant.
3. Solving problem for any kind trouble of equipment in cement plant.
4. Coordination with other department in order to keep the continuity of production target
General requirements:
1. Male or Female, max age is 45 years old
2. Min Diploma in mechanical engineering with 7-year experience or Degree in mechanical engineering with 5-year experience.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding equipment in cement plant.
4. Strong understanding to read of technical drawing
5. Able to operate the computer
6. Strong knowledge about trouble shooting in cement machinery.
7. Ability to manage and supervise mechanic
8. Good Communication Skill and leadership
9. Professional Certification would be advantage.
10. Ability work as teamwork.
11. Familiar with English (native).
QUALITY CONTROL (SUPERINTENDENT)
Job responsibility:
1. Directs processing operations and personnel to meet established processing and quality control standards for cement section since raw meal crushing until cement packer.
2. Coordinates and integrates with other plant function areas to ensure support in attaining output, productivity, and quality in whole section process since raw meal until cement packing.
3. Selects, organizes, trains, and motivates processing labor force to ensure consistent attainment of processing schedules at optimum productivity in cement section
4. Recommends improvements in processing flow or method in cement sections
5. Ensures effective use of operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and to improve product quality in cement section
General requirements:
1. Male or Female, max age is 45 years old
2. Min Diploma in chemical engineering with 7-year experience in chemical industrial or Degree in chemical engineering with 5-year experience.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding about flow process in cement plant.
4. Able to operate the computer
5. Strong knowledge about cement parameter cement process
6. Ability to manage and supervise CCR Operator
7. Good Communication Skill and leadership
8. Professional Certification would be advantage.
9. Ability work as teamwork.
10. Familiar with English (native).
CEMENT MILL – CEMENT PACKER PRODUCTION (SUPERVISOR)
Job responsibility:
1. Directs processing operations and personnel to meet established processing and quality control standards for cement section since cement mill to cement packer.
2. Coordinates and integrates with CCR to ensure support in attaining output, productivity, and quality in cement section.
3. Recommends improvements in processing flow or method in cement sections
4. Ensures effective use of operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and to improve product quality in cement section
General requirements:
1. Male or Female, max age is 35 years old
2. Min Diploma in chemical engineering with 5-year experience in chemical industrial or Degree in chemical engineering with 3-year experience.
3. Strong knowledge and familiar with cement process since raw meal, pyro process and cement
4. Strong knowledge and familiar about the parameter in process operation cement plant
5. Strong solving problem in process of cement plant.
6. Strong understanding of occupational health and safety at cement plant
7. Ability to manage and supervise other personal
8. Familiar with SNI standard for cement process
9. Good Communication Skill and leadership
10. Professional Certification would be advantage.

COAL GRINDING-KILN PRODUCTION (SUPERVISOR)
Job responsibility:
1. Directs processing operations and personnel to meet established processing and quality control standards for pyro process section since Coal mill until Kiln and Clinker cooler.
2. Coordinates and integrates with CCR to ensure support in attaining output, productivity, and quality in cement section.
3. Recommends improvements in processing flow or method in cement sections
4. Ensures effective use of operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and to improve product quality in cement section
General requirements:
1. Male or Female, max age is 35 years old
2. Min Diploma in chemical engineering with 5-year experience in chemical industrial or Degree in chemical engineering with 3-year experience.

4. Design quality reports in actionable operating information across the group.
5. Direct quality control inspections and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
6. Manage quality control activity with QC team and coordinates daily responsibilities
