1. SPECIALIST EXTERNAL RELATION
JOB ROLES
• Develop external/ institutional relations strategy and plan, that are aligned with WP&B and SKK Migas rules and regulations as well as industries best practices.
• Create and conduct networking and relationship management (such as creating approach to the key persons, hearing with local or national level representative groups, facilitating executive visits in INPEX area etc.); Recommend, develop and maintain good relationship with, external stakeholders and SKK Migas to ensure good support to INPEX Indonesia company activities especially project
• Review and propose external relations initiatives and programs with regards to Communication & Relations and company strategic plan; Monitor and review effectiveness of initiatives and programs implementation; Propose improvement for the next programs to build good relationship with external stakeholders and to ensure smoothness of external event execution and the programs achieve the target.
• Monitor, review and analyze national and local issues related with INPEX Indonesia activities; Recommend steps that can be taken by INPEX Indonesia regarding the issues that occurred in order to take appropriate steps and support the INPEX Indonesia smooth operations.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in any disciplines.
• A minimum of 5 years with at least 3 years in the Oil and Gas industry or mining.
2. SENIOR SPECIALIST PERMITTING & FORMALITIES
JOB ROLES
• Review and monitor required regulatory compliance/permits from Government of Indonesia as well as local Government of Indonesia, SKK Migas and its Representative for projects and operations activities; provide recommendations in interpreting local Government rules and regulations; to ensure projects and operations activities are compliant with the prevailing rules and regulations.
• Maintain communication with local government and other specific institutions at central level related to formalities issues required for project activities; in order to ensure local government, support to solve formalities issues, and permits submission within the timeframe, company policy, rules and regulations.
• Provide recommendations and advance expertise in developing the socialization aspects of INPEX projects and/or other business operations to local governments – when required before project and/or business operation execution.
• Provide recommendations and advance expertise in handling and dealing with all non-technical issues of existing project which are related to local governments and other stakeholders – to provide solutions to the raised non-technical issues.
• Develop and maintain positive relations with central and local governments’ key personnel – to enable effective warning system in supporting the management to take prompt and effective decisions and actions.

3. SPECIALIST INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
JOB ROLES
• Monitor, review, develop and propose detailed internal communication initiatives and programs that align with C&R strategic plan based on INPEX Indonesia business strategy and target; monitor effectiveness of initiatives and programs implementation; in order to ensure availability of internal communication working guidelines.
• Conduct internal communication initiatives and programs through various media consisting of printed publication, on line media, website, intranet, community, events, etc.; provide recommendations in developing Abadi Project website; in order to ensure all internal communication initiatives and programs achieve the target and comply to Company policy and procedures.
• Review, monitor and prepare Executive Communication such as Corporate Values Promotion, Corporate strategy and programs, town-hall meetings, speeches including presentation materials, managerial awards, and other communication support management; in order to ensure all material need in Executive Communication are well-prepared and ready to use within the timeframe.
• Monitor, review and provide recommendations on internal event management with the purpose to build cohesiveness among internal stakeholders, review effectiveness of internal event held and propose improvement for the next programs; to ensure smoothness of internal event execution and the programs achieve the target.
• Develop and propose communication audit method and plan; monitor, review and conduct internal communication audit with the purpose to identify effectiveness of delivered internal communication such as achieved communication objectives/goals, key audience acceptance on delivered information, strength and weaknesses in current communication programs, and others related to communication audit methods; in order to ensure availability of reliable information to improve internal communications performances.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in any disciplines.

4. SPECIALIST INTERNAL AUDIT
JOB ROLES
• Conduct audit of company organization and/or activities/ process/ system which include but not limited to related business process procedures, efficiency and effectiveness of the process, responsibility of each process, new activities/projects, etc.; Perform audit steps starting from preliminary work, audit fieldwork, prepare audit inquiry, draft/final report, completing working paper, until monitoring status of audit recommendation follow up; provide recommendations and solution of any issues in audit process; align audit execution to audit plan to ensure all organization and/or activities/ process/ system are in accordance with standard operating procedure, company policy, rules & regulations.
• Identify and define alleged irregularities based on audit finding, review and analyze type of irregularities and conduct further audit to find out the root cause of irregularities, provide recommendation to inform related department for corrective action; find out the root cause and hand over the identified violation for further investigation to Compliance Section.
• Appraise the use of company’s resources in each process and organization of Company activities, safeguard company assets from various types of losses, and identify opportunities to improve operating performance; develop and propose internal control system improvement related to organization and activities/ process/ system and audit methods based on national and international standards.
• Discuss with auditee on audit findings to be reported to INPEX Management; monitor necessary corrective action on audit findings; develop and submit audit reports; and ensure audit reports development meet Company Audit policy and procedures.
• Recommend improvement to audit process and revise audit procedures. Work independently with some guidance, priority, and schedule.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in any disciplines.
• 5 - 10 years of experiences with at least 2 years in the Oil and Gas industry.
5. SENIOR SPECIALIST COMPLIANCE
JOB ROLES
• Monitor, review, analyze, and implement the whistle-blowing system in INPEX Indonesia as methods/systems to detect irregularities/violation of company policies and Government laws and regulations.
• Monitor, review, analyze, and coordinate the implementation and compliance of Company code of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy and procedures, business ethics, other Company policies in INPEX Indonesia, as well as government laws and regulations.
• Coordinate and monitor prevention measures program such as compliance assurance and risk assessment, including implementation and socialization initiatives and programs; monitor and evaluate work progress and provide solution on any emerging issues during implementation and socialization; in order to achieve optimum compliance culture.
• Coordinate and perform investigation on alleged irregularities/violation and applied confidential treatment during investigation process; monitor the investigation progress and prepare investigation report in line with Company policy and procedures and government laws and regulations.
• Improve compliance sustainability, performance monitoring, conduct continuous improvement on the detection and investigation to meet international standard and best practices, as well as continuous improvement program of compliance.
QUALIFICATION

• Certification on Compliance related matters e.g. CIA, QIA, CPA, Anti-Fraud, ABMS, etc.
6. HEAD COMPENSATION & BENEFIT
JOB ROLES
• Monitor, review and analyze Government and SKK Migas rules and regulations related to compensation benefit, company compensation & benefit philosophy, policy & procedures, strategy; Analyze and evaluate internal factors (company policies, strategy, project); Develop and recommend Company compensation and benefit system align with rules and regulations, company policy and affordability, to ensure Company compensation & benefit system comply with Government rules and regulations, Company compensation & benefit guidelines and support company activities.
• Supervise and monitor implementation of Compensation and Benefit system implementation (salaries, allowance, benefit, and perquisites); Review and evaluate external factors (government rules regulation, market condition, oil & gas price, inflation rate, economic growth etc.); Provide expertise recommendation of Compensation and Benefit adjustment based on remuneration market analysis and Company affordability; to ensure Company’s Compensation and Benefit is competitive in market.
• Analyze and review INPEX Indonesia Compensation and Benefit competitiveness; Initiate and recommend Compensation and benefit program based on company needs and activities in order to attain Company’s objective in attracting high qualified candidates, retain, and motivate existing good & high performer employees.
• Coordinate, supervise and review HR&GS budget preparation for personnel cost, non-personnel cost (recruitment, training, social activities, Outsourcing, HR&GS Consultant) and General Services; Supervise the implementation of budget cycling in HR&GS department in planning, monitoring, evaluating, and revising; Prepare and recommend budget for Management approval in order to ensure budget calculation are valid, accurate in timely manner, align with guidelines rules & regulation and support company activities.
• Coordinate the team to provide recommendations of job evaluation process and administration for new position and/or enrichment/enlargement roles and responsibilities of current position, slotting process into grading system and salary structure; in order to provide updated compensation and benefit system in accordance with Company policy and procedures.

7. MANAGER PROJECT CONTRACT, PROCUREMENT & LOGISTICS
JOB ROLES
• Maintain and review Contract Management System for project; Monitor and analyze related regulation and company requirement; Recommend Contract Management System Improvement (Standards, Procedures, etc.) to ensure full compliance under prevailing rules and regulations and company requirements related to project contracts.
• Conduct and monitor Contract Management System socialization; Provide advice and explanations concerning Contract Management System to Project-related department and other related department to ensure all related party understand and comply with the contracting requirement as stipulated in the related Contract Management System.
• Establish and implement Contract and Procurement strategies and tactics; Analyze and modify strategies and tactics to ensure aligned with the market condition, company requirement, and to comply with rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Lead, direct and monitor daily project contracts activities; Coordinate within SCM Team and with all related department; Analyze and recommend resolution of major issues and concerns of contractual nature to ensure contract development progress and process align with required standards and comply with the prevailing regulations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Legal department and related company representation (user) to develop contract terms and conditions; Discuss and negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers and/or contractors including dispute settlement or litigations to ensure the interests of company are protected and align with applicable rules, guidelines and regulations.
• Coordinate, analyze and arrange project contracting activities report and contractor performance evaluation process; Recommend action plan and or improvement process related to project contract; Coordinate and conduct communication with Tokyo Headquarters and INPEX Management in order to receive progress and latest update and information about project contract activities.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in any disciplines.
• A minimum of 15 years with at least 12 years in the Oil and Gas industry or EPC Company.
• Pedoman Tata Kerja No. 007 from SKK MIGAS certified (preferably).
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (preferably).
8. SENIOR SPECIALIST SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT & COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE
JOB ROLES
• Create and maintain company supplier database registered via Vendor Qualification System (VQS) to align with SKK Migas database system (CIVD) and according to company requirements; coordinate with other department and define information and categorization needed for supplier database to ensure reliable supplier database for Company activities and in line with Government Guidelines and Regulations.
• Monitor, review and update supplier data that includes catalogs of products and services, previous and current portfolios, supplier’s performance; Coordinate with all department to compile data and requirement regarding supplier product and services, portfolios and performance; Compile and arrange supplier data by indicators and/or qualifications; to ensure availability of updated supplier data and information.
• Design, implement and update methods to gather and manage supply chain data (supplier, product, services, etc.) from external vendor and or market; Gather and reconcile information regarding product and services needed by the company to ensure complete data and information for company to decide supply chain activities and or process related to products and services needed by the company.
• Review and analyze gathered data from internal and market regarding supply chain data (supplier, product, etc.); Research oil & gas companies with regard to capacity, workload, Quality Management System (QMS), etc.
• Compile and produce reports regarding supplier, market research and their finding to ensure efficient and effective recommendation to support company decision.
