1. COMPANY DOCTOR
Requested Position/Job title: COMPANY DOCTOR
Minimum Education Level Required: University Graduate on related Technical Major
Minimum Working Experience: More than 5 years in similar position or similar field
Duration Contract: 12 months
Work Location: Karimun (treated as local hire)
REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS / QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION
• Registered Medical Doctor in Indonesia;
• Experienced more than 5 years;
• Has valid ACLS, ATLS and Hiperkes Certificates;
• Has Gada Utama certification;
• Familiar and experienced with Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene program such as HRA, MERP and other IH Monitoring Program in the workplaces;
• Master’s degree of Occupational Medicine is preferable;
• Competencies in the detection of various poisoning through sign and symptoms, pathogenesis, tests with treatment and management abilities;
• Strong written and spoken English.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Periodic assessments of workplace hazards and suggestions as to the prevention of work-related injuries;
• Review of the physical demands and essential duties of all assigned jobs on the property;
• Pre-placement medical exams to determine the workers abilities to perform the essential duties of the assigned job;
• Periodic visits to the site to assist the Joint Health and Safety committee in problem areas;
• Reinforcement of work health and safety;
• Return to work medical examinations after an accident or illness to determine the employee’s restrictions and to recommend to the company any accommodations that may be required;
• To be responsible for confidential health records;
• To be available on a daily basis for advice or same day referrals as the need arises.
2. YARD PARAMEDIC
Requested Position/Job title: YARD PARAMEDIC
Minimum Education Level Required: University Graduate on related Technical Major
Minimum Working Experience: More than 5 years in similar position or similar field
Duration Contract: 12 months
Work Location: Karimun (treated as local hire)
REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS / QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION
• Registered Medical Nurse in Indonesia;
• Experienced more than 5 years;
• Has valid BTCLS and Hiperkes Certificates, ACLS is preferable;
• Familiar with Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene program and other IH monitoring program in the workplaces;
• Capable in handling medical emergencies including those specific to the company's work sphere;
• Strong written and spoken English;
• Have Car Driving License (SIM A) and Passport.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Administer life support, first-aid treatment and other forms of prehospital emergency care to injured or sick employee;
• Adhere to established medical protocols and procedures as well as legal guidelines and health and safety standards;
• Operate equipment such as bag valve mask resuscitators, external defibrillators and electrocardiograms for advanced life support applications;
• Assess patients’ injury severity and type and quickly begin appropriate medical procedures;
• Drive mobile intensive care unit to predetermined location under the instructions of the emergency medical dispatcher;
• Report infectious disease with relevant authorities;
• Administer drugs as appropriate and necessary via injection, intravenous procedures or oral administration under the direction of a physician;
• Communicate and coordinate with dispatchers, fire department personnel, police and other emergency medical team members as needed to ensure that all applicable personnel are prepared to receive the patient and ensure proper treatment.
3. WELDING ENGINEER
Requested Position/Job title: WELDING ENGINEER
Minimum Education Level Required: University Graduate on related Technical Major
Minimum Working Experience: More than 7 years in similar position or similar field
Duration Contract: 12 months
Work Location: Karimun (treated as local hire)
REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS / QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION
• He/She shall have qualification/certified as Welding Engineer e.g B4T;
• Has exp as Welding Engineer roles in oil and gas;
• Familiar with WPS/PQR development based on AWS, API, ASME STD ;
• Very good in metallurgy;
• Degree in Mech/Metallurgy;
• Strong written & spoken English.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Assist and support the Welding Coordinator and/or project teams on all welding matters;
• Prepare and issue preliminary Welding Documents for assigned project or bids;
• Review clients specifications and scopes of work, examine pipe metallurgy and prepare detailed Welding procedures to achieve maximum productivity in accordance with required quality levels;
• Coordinate and schedule personnel and systems for the qualification of welding procedures and welders;
• Review subcontractors tender documents and technical qualifications;
• Assist QHSE Department on subcontractor assessments/audits;
• Review and approve subcontractors Welding submissions;
• Ensure that Welding traceability info are recorded, maintained and available in the required format for all Welding activities to demonstrate achievement of client requirements;
• Review journals and technical papers for new welding technology. Maintain contact with welding equipment suppliers and consumable vendors to promote advances in welding technology.
