Assistant Accountant / Account Executive
• Degree in Accountancy
• At least 5 years relevant working experiences in Finance and or Auditor
• Knowledge of Indonesia Audit and Statutory reporting and taxation
• Ability to overview situations, review and evaluate, provide appropriate advice and guidance
• Good Communication, analytical and problem solving skill
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Duty’s and Responsibility : General Ledger accounting, coordination and responsible for month-end closing, prepare and analyze monthly financial statement and ensure and accurate statutory and management reporting
• Ensure compliance with all Indonesia statutory requirements.
• Ensure that the Financial Control adhere to the Groups Guidelines.
• Ensure that all intercompany balances and balance sheet items are properly reconciled on a monthly basis
• Co-ordinate Indonesia statutory audits, ensure compliance and audit clearance and preparation of audit schedule.
• Posting monthly payroll entries prepared by payroll officer
• Assist in Budget and Forecast
• Others duties as assigned by superior.
QA Engineer
• S1 Degree or Minimum diploma (D3) in any engineering discipline
• At least 5 years experiences in Fabrication or Construction
• Having Experience in ISO 9001 Internal Audit, Lead Audittor Certificate is preferred
• Familiar / understand with Project Specification
• Can generate Project Procedure
E&I Engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation and/or controls
• 3 years of direct electrical, instrumentation and controls engineering design & field construction support (preferable from Oil / Gas Engineering Company)
• Ability to work independently, accepting ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Pro-active and self-motivated team player with strong engineering judgment skills
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Review electrical Engineering drawings and design electrical systems
• Create electrical installation details, one-line diagrams, panel layouts, cable and consumer lists under the supervision of a technical lead
• Working knowledge of P&ID’s, electrical, instrumentation and controls designs / drawings
• Participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports and follow required checking procedures;
• Retrieve information to complete drawing, layout and design including technical specifications
• Develop the E&I ITP, procedure and method statement
• Create and maintain formal documents
• Check standard and regulatory compliance
• Provide assistance and advice during procurement, construction and commissioning activities
• Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance when required.
Piping Engineer
Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• 3 years experiences as Piping Engineer
• Ability to work independently, accepting ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Pro-active and self-motivated team player with strong engineering judgment skills
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, strong communication skills
Responsibility
• Review any shop drawings prepared by Designer
• Review Piping Design drawings
• Review Project Piping Specification
• Prepare Piping MTO
• Create and Maintain formal Documents
• Check standard and regulatory compliance
• Provide support to all expense projects and maintain accuracy in all piping project and ensure compliance to all piping material specifications and maintain knowledge on all orders.
• Analyze all mechanical designs and prepare various concepts for piping designs and develop required mechanical drawings.
• Provide assistance to all senior engineers and recommend improvements to all design and travel to site to analyze all equipment and maintain efficient relation with all plant personnel.
• Provide appropriate solutions for all parties and evaluate and analyze all client requirements and design all piping specifications for clients and recommend appropriate alternatives.
• Interpret all codes and maintain overall performance of all piping activities.
MAINTENANCE MECHANIC SUPERVISOR
• Minimum High school Degree from a vocational school will be a plus
• At least 3 years’ experience as maintenance mechanic supervisor heavy equipment’s.
• Ability to work independently, accepting ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Pro-active and self-motivated team player with strong leadership skills
• Strong skill and knowledge in heavy equipment engine and hydraulic system are required.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure preventive maintenance, servicing or repair carry out with proper method and safely.
• Ensure the routine preventive maintenance is carrying out as per yearly plan.
• Assists workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment based on observation of equipment and applying knowledge from past experience.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
• Perform to ensure all the Preventive maintenance checklist for equipment’s carried out in well documented.
Shipping Officer
• Minimum 3 years in similar role or 2 projects involvement (domestic project and overseas project) in EPC
• Well experience in handling export, import and domestics shipment
• Good knowledge of relevant shipping terminology and regulation related to EPC industry including understanding of administrative process and reporting
• Basic knowledge of materials / equipment / technical reference related to EPC industry
• Have relevant Certificate is advantages
• Good communication in English both oral and written, able to work as team in cross functional department and project personnel
Buyer
• Bachelor Diploma or higher or in any relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years experiences as Buyer, ideally for Oil & Gas projects.
• Possess good ability in data analysis and good in reporting.
• A high level of competence is required in the use MS Office suite & communications
Document Control
• Bachelor Diploma or higher or in any relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years experiences as Document Control, ideally for Oil & Gas projects.
• Possess good ability in data analysis and good in reporting.
• Experience in managing document (technical document, drawing, legal document and others document and able to read drawing
• Proficiency MS Application, spread sheet and database applications
General Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Indonesian & Proficiency MS Office Application.
Must be able to work independently or Team Work
Proficiency in English (oral and written)
Good Communication, having Good Leadership and analytical, Excellent Problem Solving & interpersonal skill
