BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Responsibility Business Development Manager:
• Develop investment in oil & gas, power generation, petrochemical, water & energy infrastructure
• Understand the overall company strategy in order to support the management
• Manage special projects and events in energy sector
• Coordinate with subsidiary companies related with on-going project and/or project plan
• Achieve the setting performance budget and target
• Develop growth strategies and plans
• Identify and generate the map of business strengths and customer needs
• Research business opportunities and viable income streams
Job Requirement Business Development Manager:
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering;
• Must have minimum of 10 (ten) years experiences in the related field with strong technical background in Energy Industry;
• Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value prepositions;
• Excellent interpersonal skill, communication (written & oral) skills, analytical skill, organizational customer service skills;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good command in Microsoft Office is a must;
• Familiar with Google Suite Applications;
• Good command in English both oral and written;
• Demonstrate leadership and managing ability;
• Show interest and willingness to take part in business development activities;
• Initiative and able to work from anywhere.
Business Operation Manager
Job Responsibility Business Operation Manager:
• The successful planning and execution of RR group projects in investment in oil & gas, power generation, petrochemical, water & energy infrastructure;
• Identifying customer needs and deliver the needs with the most effective ways;
• Promote best working culture and system to team members;
• Coordinate activities, resources, and informations;
• Manage proposal preparation with subsidiary;
• Monitor and control the project execution.

• Must have minimum of 10 (ten) years experiences in EPC Project Executions, strong technical background in Energy Industry;
• Has proven experience in leading engineering team;
