SENIOR SPECIALIST SITE SAFETY
JOB ROLES
• Demonstrate commitment to HSSE issues, by showing active role model and communication to relevant personnel and stakeholders, to establish positive HSSE culture throughout INPEX Indonesia and its project.
• Develop and propose safety management system including policies, standards, charters, process overviews, procedures, guidelines, and other documents that align with Tokyo Head Quarters’ relevant corporate policies, strategies, philosophies, objectives, procedures and guidelines, and are compatible to relevant international and Indonesian standards, to ensure safety governance in INPEX Indonesia and its projects.
• Develop, propose, maintain and update safety objectives and programs in accordance with Tokyo Head Quarters corporate objectives and programs; coordinate their implementation in INPEX Indonesia and its projects, and monitor feedbacks and result, to ensure effective impact to safety performances in INPEX Indonesia and its projects.
• Provide safety INPUT in establishing safety competence assurance system; plan, propose and coordinate relevant safety training programs; to ensure competent personnel are in place throughout INPEX Indonesia and its projects.
• Provide safety INPUT in identifying Indonesian and International HSSE laws, regulations, standards and other requirements applicable to INPEX Indonesia and its projects, ensuring these requirements are socialized, managed and complied.
• Coordinate the process of demonstrating safety risk management by means of formal risk assessment and barrier management for all project operations, to ensure all safety risks are controlled to levels of ALARP.
• Coordinate advisory teams to project teams through reviewing relevant safety plans and reports, visiting worksites and meeting project staffs or contractor staffs and discussing and solving safety issues arising at INPEX Indonesia project activities.
• Coordinate the process of monitoring, analyzing and reporting safety performance data; reporting and investigating safety incidents; communicating them to INPEX Indonesia Management and relevant government authorities.
• Conduct safety audit in accordance with HSSE audit programs; provide safety INPUT for HSSE management reviews; to assure effective implementation of safety management system throughout INPEX Indonesia and its projects.
• Develop, propose and coordinate company-wide safety communication programs to enhance safety awareness of all personnel in INPEX Indonesia and its project including contractors and relevant external parties.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in Social Science, Science, Engineering or studies related to Oil and Gas industry
• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry with at least 8 years as HSSE Safety Advisor.
SPECIALIST HEALTH
JOB ROLES
• Review, develop and propose Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) guideline, consist of Industrial Hygiene (IH) and Public Health (PH) policy and procedures, IH and PH management system, IH and PH risk assessment, audit and inspections, etc., which is compatible to local and international standards and best practices; to provide reliable company OSH guidance to be applied in INPEX Indonesia.
• Develop, revise and propose OSH programs and initiatives; coordinate their socialization to employees and related third parties/contractors and monitor the implementation and feedbacks; to ensure company OSH programs and initiatives implementation achieves the target.
• Develop and propose methods in assessing and auditing OSH in INPEX Indonesia area including OSH audit procedures and reporting formats; to ensure availability of IH and PH audit method as a part of OSH continuous improvement process.
• Develop and maintain OSH incident reporting standards, procedures and tools, and when required support other Managers in reporting OSH incidents to INPEX Management and/or Government Offices and analyzing the root causes; to ensure OSH incident are documented, analyzed and reported to relevant offices and/or organization.
• Develop methods and provide recommendation in the OSH assurance processes for INPEX Indonesia operations including OSH risk assessment to comply with OSH international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations and INPEX Indonesia OSH requirements through working with all operating units from the early phase of the operational plan.
• Plan, conduct and follow-up OSH research & studies, and analyze the result; to provide valid information of OSH conditions in such area as a base of preparing effective community health improvement programs.
• Coordinate with government, stakeholders and partners to develop, oversee, disseminate the results of evaluations of PH services, PH studies and surveillance, etc.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, Chemical Engineering or relevant Engineering and Science.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
MANAGER H&S MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
JOB ROLES
• Manage the process of developing INPEX Indonesia H&S Management System that includes policies, strategies, and objectives that compatible with international standard and Indonesia rules, regulation and guidelines. Establish H&S Management plans and programs, including best practices to ensure application and implementation of H&S policies, strategies and objectives in INPEX Indonesia that clearly articulates the INPEX Indonesia H&S expectations and covers all levels of operational practices.
• Manage the process of developing, implementing, reviewing, revising and improving H&S Management System socialization and communication programs including all related H&S activities; to ensure H&S communication programs achieve the target in enhancing H&S awareness in INPEX Indonesia and relevant external parties.
• Manage the process of developing, implementing, reviewing, revising and improving H&S Management System training programs to improve the H&S Management System awareness and competencies of all INPEX employees.
• Manage the assurance processes for INPEX Indonesia operations including risk assessment; Lead and manage H&S audit process by developing and maintaining H&S audit standards, procedures and programs and INPEX Indonesia H&S Management System requirements through working with all operating units from the early phase of the operational plan and to provide feedback for improvements to all operating units.
• Develop, manage, maintain and review H&S incident reporting standards, procedures and tools; Assist and coordinate with other Department leader in reporting incidents to INPEX Indonesia Management and/or Government Offices; Coordinate and monitor assigned team to inspect and investigate the occurrence and analyze/find out the root causes to ensure H&S incident report based on INPEX Indonesia guidelines and H&S international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Develop, review, revise and improve INPEX Indonesia H&S Management System documentation and related documents; Develop, maintain and monitor H&S key performance indicators, Coordinate H&S reporting and management review regularly to comply with INPEX Indonesia guidelines and H&S international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry.
• A minimum of 15 years and ever hold managerial position in Oil and Gas Company/Industry at least 8 years.
