TRIPATRA IS URGENTLY LOOKING FOR:
1. Communication & Sustainability Officer
Responsibilities :
• Developing and managing internal communications channels: content/article writing, internal activities coverage, interviews.
• Communicate corporate stories using multi-channel communication
• Implement Internal Communication and employee engagement initiatives
• Participate in the development of all communication strategies.
• Developing and executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness;
• Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders;
• Liaise with the project’s site support/socioeconomic teams to ensure the community relations/CSR program at project sites align with the company’s objective and contribute to the ESG.
• Conduct research and mapping on the community we aim to support as the beneficiaries and partners/NGO we are partnering with.
Requirements:
• Min Bachelor Degree any major, Communication background preferred
• Min 3 years’ experience within a similar role. Knowledge of Sustainability best practices will be an advantage.
• Proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team projects to desired results.;
• Have a high commitment to providing safety and healthy environment;
• Fluent English in writing and speaking;
• Able to work under pressure, individually or in a team and with minimum supervision;
• Event Organizing Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong computer proficiency skills in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex information into simple messages and concise communication materials tailored for the audience.
2. Subcontract Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Receives and checks RFP package document completeness
• Prepares Bidder List based on the approved Subcontractor list for corporate and also project specific (if any)
• Ensures RFP packages are issued to the approved bidder list in timely manner
• Expedites subcontractor's proposal submission (both commercial and technical)
• Timely creates and issues Subcontract Agreement upon receipt of cost approvals and also Priced PR for SAP Subcontract Agreement
• Monitoring and expediting Subcontract agreement / SPK signatories
• Support the Corporate functions for establishing the price database and also regularly update New Subcontractor for operation support
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Management or Engineering, Post Graduate is an advantage.
• Min. 6 - 8 years experiences in subcontracting / procurement / engineering / construction management.
• Good in English - Speaking & Writing
• Good computer skills - such as Microsoft software. SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Good communication skills - Negotiation, Presentation, teamwork player and ability to interface and coordinate with other discipline in a matrix environment
• Knowledge of contract terms and Indonesia Regulation related to contracts are advantages.
• Good analytical skill on change Orders claimed by Subcontractors during the execution and also have understanding in faciliatating as and where needed for change order to client as well.
