TRAINING SUPERINTENDENT (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Establish and develop and monitor and the implementation of training
Packages into the mining division to ensure effective and standard
training implementation that conforms with training needs analysis and
allocated budget.
Requirements: 1. Min. Bachelor Degree 2. Min 5 years of experience in Mining industry 3. Has proficient knowledge about the mining process, from feasibility studies to mining services (pit to port) 4. Has strong exposure as a trainer for mining operation on project 5. Able to create own module / syllabus for sustainable program (Petrosea property right) 6. Computer literate 7. Good command in English both verbal & written 8. Willing to work at our project sites
Responsibilities: 1) Provide development of training programs
by liaising with Section / Project / Department Managers in order to
determine training needs for the coming year and ideal scope of training
support requested. 2) Review training program requirements; liaise
with Human Resources department in order to allocate internal and/or
external resources to all programs in training schedule 3) Develop training plan and budget for Mining Department and submit the budget for review and approval 4)
Prepare and establish training schedule to ensure training schedule is
updated with any incidental training and/or vendor free training as
required 5) Establish and develop technical competency for mining
operator in order to have an updated competency matrix for mining
operators 6) Develop and review competency based training objectives for all current and new training programs 7)
Lease with the Operation Training Supt, develop and review training
modules and assessment tool based on site/project requirements 8)
Develop and review training evaluation methodology and conduct quarterly
training effectiveness review based on trainer and manager evaluations
and for submission to ensure training effectiveness 9) Deliver face to face training programs relating to the related competencies

SITE PAYROLL (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Perform and execute staff monthly payroll process in order to ensure all
staff monthly salary paid to their bank account on schedule,conform
with their entitlement and all regulation.
Requirements: 1. Min Diploma Degree from any major. 2. Min 2 years experienced in dealling with payroll. 3. Familiar with UNIX Paytrack or any other payroll system being used currently and needy to improve it time to time 4. Willing to work extended office hours as and when required. 5. Possess strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate with all levels 6. Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HR information / documents. 7. Negotiation skill.
Responsibilities: 1) Monitor and manage data entry of remuneration package information onto payroll system to ensure accuracy of payroll data. 2) Monitor and manage reconciliation of payroll accounts, astek, taxation etc. 3) Prepare journal entries for monthly booking of payrolls. 4) Monitor and manage final payments to employees including retirement, retrenchment, resignation and termination. 5) Ensure records are maintained for all payroll transactions. 6) A Deal with questions and complaints from employees on payroll issues. 7) Arrange collection of cash and supervise distribution of pay packets 8) Calculate employee provisions (Lebaran Bonus, Annual Leave, Termination Pay and Long Service Leave).
SITE ACCOUNTANT (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Provide finance and accounts service on site such as Petty Cash,
Payroll, payment to local vendors, cash flow and any other project
accounting requirements. Provide link between site and central
accounting functions.
Requirements: 1. Min. Bachelor degree in accounting / economy. 2. Min. 2 year experience as graduate / junior accountant. 3. Attention to detail. 4. Good command in English. 5. Good computer skill, especially in Ms. Excel program. 6. Familiar with accounting system.
Responsibilities: 1) Manage A/P and A/R function within the Project /Site with minimum supervision. 2) Provide site accounting data to Section within established timetable. 3) Prepare site cash forecasts in conjunction with the cost controller. 4) Manage site Petty Cash including monthly reconciliation 5) Control payments to local suppliers ensuring these are minimized. 6) Act as link between project manager and company accounting function. 7) Liaise with External parties e.g. Local Bank, Regulatory Authorities, clients.
PRODUCTION MANAGER (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Direct and lead mining operation activities in term of support mining
project manager to ensure production is achieved in accordance with BMP
(Business Mining Petrosea), project parameters, project schedule,
budget, in compliance with companys project safety and environmental
policy.
Requirements: 1. Min. Bachelor degree in mining 2. Min. 10 years previous experiences in mining operation (production), minimum 5 years in managerial position 3. Fluent in English, written and verbal 4. Familiar with mining software 5. Good communication and leadership skill 6. Willing to be placed in all company location 7. Excellent computer skill
Responsibilities: 1) Direct and control mining operations
staff on their day to day mining operation, monitor and control mining
equipment usage to ensure the safest and efficient mining operations in
order to achieve production targets and schedule in line with the mine
plan. 2) Ensure that sites mining activities are well coordinated
to ensure the availability of resources (people, equipment,
maintenance). 3) Develop and monitor weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the BMP plans by the Senior Mining Engineer.
4) Ensure the implementation of long term mine plans and short term
detailed mine execution plans at all levels using the BMP process,
provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a
continuous feedback basis in order to enable short term control
achieving the long term mine plan. 5) Ensure project budgets,
mining schedules, project reporting, progress assessment and project
execution plan are according to plan to meet operational needs and
requirements.. 6) Control the coordination between projects and
subcontractors to ensure consistency and satisfactory performance of the
subcontractors. 7) Lead, coach and manage subordinate including
recruitment and provide a proper development and succession plan for
them, Promote and develop an open ethical work environment in order to
maintain subordinate in attract, motive and retain. 8) Maintain and
implementing HSE programs by minimise exposure to personnel and the
environment by identifying hazards and risks from the planning phase of
the work packages and during daily operational to ensure the
effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and

MINING SUPERINTENDENT (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Monitor and control mining operation in term of support mining project
manager to ensure production is achieved in accordance with BMP
(Business Mining Petrosea), project parameters, project schedule,
budget, in compliance with companys project safety and environmental
policy.
Requirements: 1. Min. Bachelor degree in mining 2. Min. 8 years previous experiences in mining operation (production). 3. Fluent in English, written and verbal 4. Familiar with mining software 5. Good communication and leadership skill 6. Willing to be placed in all company location 7. Excellent computer skill 8. Certified in POP (hold POM certificate will be a plus)
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and monitor mining operations staff
on their day to day mining operation, monitor and control mining

IT SITE OFFICER (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Monitor and maintain site server/system in order to provide
server/system administration and technical support for site IT
infrastructure system as well as assist the IT Operation Supervisor in
all other related duties that pertains to IT infrastructure.
Requirements: 1. Min 2 (two) years of experience at the same field 2. Demonstrated competency in supporting Windows XP/Vista/7 maintenance and troubleshooting 3. Advance knowledge in Windows XP/Vista/7 4. Good understanding in Windows File/Print NTFS Permission and Folder Sharing 5. 7) Conduct daily / morning check / monitoring sites file / print server

to ensure stable and greater reliability of dedicated site ICT portal 8)
Monitor and maintain the condition of sites file / print server, server
/ blade hardware, backup jobs and antivirus system in order to meet SLA
requirements. 9) Conduct trends system incidents and recognizing
problems, provide research, isolation, resolution and follow up to
ensure all problems are fully corrected. 10) Maintain document
backup report / log, patches and service pack update on dedicated IGS
portal site and periodically test backup in order to ensure reliability 11)
Develop and review appropriate system documentation and reporting for
site project file & print server, server / blade and tape backup
HSE SUPERINTENDENT (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Focus on the development and delivery of HSE training materials with one
consistent approach. Support the HSE manager to Plan, direct, monitor
and evaluate Health Safety Environment system, standard, process and
procedures to enhance safety awareness among all Petrosea and its
projects. Advise management with changes to government regulations.
Requirements: 1. Degree, preferable from Occupational HSE / Public Health / Environment Engineering 2. 5 -10 years experiences in HSE area in mining industry 3. Formal training in Safety and Risk Management 4. Able to travel from time to time if required 5. Occasionally Work extended hours to meet section deadlines and emergency situations
Responsibilities: 1. Monitor the implementation of HSE
procedures and standards in maintenance areas that are complied with the
industry standards and regulations in order to support companys
operations effectively and efficiently. 2. Develop HSE short and
long-term programs, including awareness programs, certification
programs, which are in line with the company short and long term plans,
as well as the industry standards in order to achieve the maintenance
departmental objective optimally and in a cost-efficient manner. 3.
Maintain and improve HSE management system, including inspection
system, HSE audit system, in order to support HSE programs
implementation effectively and efficiently. 4. Coordinate with all Project managers and field HSE representatives when implementing HSE programs. 5. Develop check list, inspection and workshop standards, monitor and analysis of information and documentation 6.
Monitor and maintain HSE statistic records in PHASES system and
presenting the trend analysis from the statistic to ensure HSE database
are updated and analysed. 7. Improve and evaluate all areas of risk
assessment, hazard management, project HSE systems and training within
business unit by regular visit and developing initiatives to ensure the
project response or control in their project HSE risk. 8. To
support HSE performance and maintain third party accreditation (ie.
OSHAS 18001 & ISO 14001) and work effectively with certification
body 9. Continuously monitor HSE practices within operations and
evaluate performance or the existing HSE policy, procedures and programs
in order to identify possible obstacles / ineffectiveness and improve
the program within time.
HSE OFFICER (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Maintain, monitor and review companys daily operations and facilities
to ensure employee safety are comply with safety, health and
environmental regulations for specified facilities, operations and
project.
Requirements: 1. Willing to travel to all companys sites 2. Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives.
3. Min. Senior/Technical High School or Diploma Degree in public
occupational health & Safety/environment engineer or Engineering
Graduate/Bachelor. 4. Minimal 3 years have experienced in HSE Field implementation at high risk industry (For Diploma III in HSE or technical). 5. Will be prefered if understand of lifting equipment, marine activity and or material handling activity. 6. Hold AK3 certified from government 7. Communicative and inovative. 8. Able to conduct presentation.
Responsibilities: 1) Prepare and present safety training and safety induction to enhance safety awareness among employees and clients. 2) Conduct inspections on statutory, fire and rescue equipment to ensure completeness and readiness for use.
3) Inspects project facilities, equipments, observe operations and
activities in progress to ensure those are in compliance companys safety
regulations. 4) Coordinates and consults with project safety
superintendent and/or project managers regarding HSE issues in their
respective areas and notifies management staff regarding violation of
safety regulations and codes to ensure that all safety defiance are
proceed. 5) Support and assist safety audits, inspections and
accident/incident investigations by observing employee activities and
workplace conditions for submitting recommendations to management to
correct deficiencies, eliminate hazards, and improve the overall
program. 6) Socialize and record all Job Hazard Analysis, HAZOB,
and co-ordinate Emergency Response Team training and activities for the
Project. 7) Assist the Project Superintendent & Supervisors in
conducting and reporting of all Hazards. Control and monitor the use of
Hazardous or dangerous goods to ensure conformance with the MSDS
(Material Safety Data System). 8) Monitor, review and participate in Pre-start meetings and Tool Box Meeting to update with current safety information.
9) Support Environmental performance and maintain third party
accreditation (ie. ISO 14001) and work effectively with certification
body in order to preserve international standard accreditation. 10) Performing a strong visible commitment in to HSE Management System as well as all programs. 11) Implement and maintain HSE Management Plan, Emergency Response Plan, and other HSE document for the project. 12) Prepare and implement of Site Safety Activities.
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Prepare and monitor employees administration and data includes HR
support for all SITE PROJECT employees in order to provide SITE PROJECT
employees with appropriate HR support that comply with companys policy
and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Willing to work extend office hour. 2. Attention to detail. 3. Min. Diploma degree in any diciplines. 4. Min. 2 year experience in Human Resources area. 5. Able to communicate in English, min passive. 6. Able to maintain confidentiality of HR documents.
Responsibilities: 1) Evaluate and follow up the incoming
Personnel Request Form (PRF) for sites and its mandatory requirements
for pre-recruitment process in order to start the recruitment process
including posting the job vacancies in media advertising if needed. 2) Establish and execute the recruitment process, such as: a. Sourcing for the prospective applicants b. Shortlist the potential candidates c.
Interview and conduct soft skill test for staff and liaise with user in
preparing technical competency test for non staff employee d. Arrange other recruitment process, including medical examination and salary negotiation e. Confirm the newly recruit f. To ensure that the recruitment process is running systematically conform with companys procedures. 3) Prepare, administer and documented employees movement such as: - Leave (rooster and annual leave) - Permission - Personnel Action Report (PAR) for promotion, transfer, surplus, and salary review -
Daily attendance: from organize the schedule (for leave
administration), monitor daily attendance prepare the appropriate forms,
getting approval and inform the request/time sheet/PAR to payroll and
portal in order to ensure employee movement are organized and well
administer conform with the regulations. 4) Prepare and provide
administration support for all employees such as pay slip distribution,
meal & transport reimbursement distribution to ensure employees
rights and benefit based on companys procedures. 5) Prepare and maintain daily man power report in order to keep the current man power status updated.
6) Monitor and maintain employees probation period/contract completion
and inform the respective supervisor/manager in order to proceed the
contract completed/extended or probation completed/failed before the
probation /contract date is expired.
DRILL & BLAST SUPERINTENDENT (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Develop drill and blast designs, implement designs in conjunction with
blasting sub-contractor and monitor drill and blast results, acknowledge
inefficiencies and recommending changes accordingly to ensure high
quality, cost effective and safe blasting occurs.
Requirements: 1. Min Bachelor degree in Mining, Civil Engineering or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate. 2. Min. 10 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting. 3. Good communication skills in English and Indonesian, written & verbal 4.Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software 5. Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling 6. Rotation to each site conducting drilling & blasting.
Responsibilities: 1) Develop, recommend and implement suitable
strategies to provide optimal blasting solutions and improve blasting
performance to operations. 2) Ensure the drilling plan is provided
in a timely manner and the drill is working productively in the most
cost effective and safe manner. 3) Coordinate blast activities; lead, train and mentor blasting crew to ensure agreed mine plan is being followed.
4) Analyze and communicate drilling and blasting issues to short term
engineer and mining operation in order to provide technical support to
site based personnel. 5) Monitor and control drill and blast
operations and activities in progress to ensure high standards of safety
are always upheld. 6) Maintain and implementing HSE programs by
minimizing exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying
hazards and risks from the planning phase of the work packages and
during daily operational to ensure the effectiveness of the programs
