SURVEYOR – MINING (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Conducts surveys at surface and subsurface mine sites to implement mine
design and obtain data used in planning mining operations including
monitoring recovery, productivity and submission of progress claims
align with company”s policies and rules.
Requirements: 1. May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements 2. Min. 2 years experiences as a surveyor 3. Able to operate mining survey equipment 4. Responsibilities: 1) Collect and develop survey data and
maintain the database to ensure the accordance with the set of standard
procedures and systems. 2) Conduct field surveys in good time and
accurately determine quantities necessary for the submission of monthly
progress claims. 3) Coordinate and liaise with both Mining
Engineering and Operations to ensure that mine designs are being
properly implemented in the field. 4) Collect accurate daily survey
and download data into the computer to ensure datas are interpreted
accurately by the Survey Draftsman. 5) Use and maintain survey software in order to ensure efficiency in survey activities.
6) Coach and mentor Survey Assistant and provide them with skills in
order to collect the survey pick-ups in the absence of a Surveyor. 7) Contribute to the compilation of tenders by providing Mine planning and design support needed by the Estimator.
SENIOR SURVEYOR (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Leadership of the surveying staff and resources to provide operations
with adequate survey control to implement mine designs and to reconcile
material handling for monitoring recovery, productivity and submission
of progress claims.
Requirements: 1. May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements. 2. Min. 3-4 years experiences as surveyor. 3. Able to operate mining survey equipment. 4. May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements. 5. Good communication skill 6. Willing to be placed in all projects.
Responsibilities: 1) Leads the development, implementation and
continuous improvement of a set of standard procedures and systems for
survey data collection, handling and data base maintenance. 2)
Ensure that the integrity, clarity and thoroughness of the information
that is collected and produced by the survey function is of a high
standard. 3) Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of field
survey work and calculations necessary for submission of monthly
progress claims. 4) Work closely with both mining engineering and
operations to provide an effective link between mine design and its
implementation in the field. 5) Maintain a strong capability in the mine planning software and ensure that staff is similarly up to date with their skills.
6) Coach and mentor surveyors and mining engineers to ensure that they
understand the survey control requirements for managing the technical
implications within contracts. 7) Participate in production and technical meetings both internally or externally. 8) Contribute to the compilation of tenders by providing mine planning and design support needed by the senior estimator.
SENIOR MINING ENGINEER (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Monitor, control and supervise mining staff and resources in order to
produce systems and procedures that effectively support the mining
operations in achieving performance within budget.
Requirements: 1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering 2. Min. 4 years experiences as a Mining Engineer in open-cut mining 3. Fluent in English, written and verbal 4.Willing to be placed in all companys locations or Jakarta 5. May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements
Responsibilities: 1) Prepare, analyze and adjust data of
production, record details of the days work on a daily report pad in
order to establish project performance report. 2) Identify
engineering problems, propose solutions and expedite client agreement
where necessary to ensure minimal disruption to the progress of the
works. 3) Review client specifications, drawings and documents to
ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the
responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and
understood and implemented. 4) Complete daily timesheets, including
activity descriptions and cost codes, for each person and, where
required, plant item under his responsibility. 5) Prepare data of
real/ technical cost, liaise with surveyor in calculate mining reserve
from drilling for project analysis purpose. 6) Coordinate requisition for small tools and consumable materials as required, in order to provide site operations support.
7) Identify hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work
packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.
PROJECT SECRETARY (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Provide efficient secretarial and administration assistance to project
in order to support project with administrative matters and participate
in contribute the success of project function.
Requirements: 1. Willing to work extend hours due to project requirements 2. Min. Diploma degree (preferable in Administration / Secretary) 3. Min. 2 year experience in secretarial duties 4. Computer literate 5. Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain hard copy and
electronic filing system as well as document confidentiality to provide
administration support in accordance with Petrosea procedures. 2. Organize and manage meetings or project events and take minutes at those meetings to ensure meeting efficiency.
3. Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications /
reports and presentations to ensure all publications / reports and
presentations materials are complete and ready to use. 4.Organize
and schedule arrangements for manager, including air travel and expenses
claim reimbursement to provide secretarial assistance. 5. Present
general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying,
faxing, mailing and maintain stationary supply in order to provide
administration assistance. 6. Monitor and maintain office area in order to keep office area clean and tidy 7. Perform other duties as per request to support and assist Project Manager in administration matters.
MINING ENGINEER (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Prepare short term mine planning/scheduling and production analysis to
effectively support the mining operations to achieve performance within
budget.
Requirements: 1. A minimum of 2 years experience in mining industry 2. Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering 3. Knowledge of best practice in Project Management 4. Willing to be placed in all companys site locations 5. Good command in English written and verbal 6. Familiar with Mining software 7. Familiar with mining software: Minescape, Xpac, Surpac, Talpac
Responsibilities: 1. Evaluate and analyse project performance
data related to productivity, cost & safety utilising companys
standard systems in order to ensure data reliability. 2. Contribute
to the development of the short term detailed mine execution plans to
integrate with the mining operations (utilising Surpac mine planning
software). 3. Monitor and coordinate engineering activities to
ensure efficient production of engineering plans to meet contract
program requirements. 4. Analyse and identify engineering problems
in order to propose solutions and expedite actions regarding the client
agreement where necessary. 5. Review client plans and requests to
ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the
responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and
understood and implemented. 6. Prepare data for the progress claim report to be reviewed by the Engineering Superintendent. 7. Collect data related to subcontractor performance in order to prepare summary reports required for the project. 8. Support and cooperate with site survey team in order to analyse progress surveys and haul profile surveys.
9. Coaching and mentoring of graduate mining engineers, mining
engineers and technical assistants in order to provide technical
support. 10. Identify hazards and risks during the planning phase
of the work packages in order to minimise exposure to personnel and the
environment.
MINEENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Control, monitor and supervise Business Mining Process by variance in
the Project mining operations to ensure production is achieved in
accordance with Project parameters, Project schedule and budget and in
compliance with Petrosea and Project safety and environmental policy and
guidelines.
Requirements: 1. Min. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer. 2. Fluent in English, written and verbal. 3. Good leadership and communication skill. 4. Will ing to be placed in all mining project location. 5. May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements.
Responsibilities: 1) Provide leadership and direction to all
mining engineering staff to ensure the safest and efficient mining
operations to achieve production targets. 2) Work with Senior
Mining Engineer to develop weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for
inclusion in the BMP plans by the Senior Mining Engineer. 3) Assist
with the implementation of the BMP system through leadership of
technical assistants, production of accurate and timely reports, and
troubleshooting problems encountered with the system. 4)
Responsible to implement long term mine plans and short term detailed
mine execution plans at all levels using the BMP process and to provide
the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous
feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term
mine plan. 5) Assist the Mining Engineer to develop and update mine plans and production schedules in accordance with project criteria. 6) Implement and manage the mining operations in accordance with the mine plan to achieve production schedules.
7) Prepare timely and accurate information on project progress for
inclusion in progress claims and reports prepared by the Senior Mining
Engineer. 8) Organize, coordinate and manage production meetings internally and with the Client and arrange for distribution of minutes.
9) Responsible for the optimization and utilization of mining equipment
by the Mining Supervisor to achieve production targets. 10) Ensure
smooth coordination between Mining operations and Maintenance to
maximize availability and utilization of all mining equipment. 11) Monitor and manage the performance of all mining engineering staff. 12) Assist the Project Manager in the training and mentoring of personnel as required by the company. 13) Assist the Project Manager in promoting the development of teamwork. 14) Promote and develop an open ethical work environment.
MINE ENGINEERING MANAGER (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Plan, develop, implement and improve mine planning system, procedures
and resources in order to support mining projects in term of technical
services expertise for optimizing companys mining operation.
Requirements: 1. Min. Bachelor degree, preferably in mining engineering. 2. With at least 10 years mine experience and minimum 3 years in managerial position. 3. Excellent communication both in English & Indonesian. 4. Outstanding analysis skills. 5. Strong capability / exposure to mine plan software.
Responsibilities: 1. Control, monitor and liaise with Project
Managers to foster efficient mining operations through competent
Technical services skills and disciplines. 2. Control, monitor and
liaise with project manager in communicate ideas, systems, designs,
procedures and standards in mining operation to ensure the adherence of
those new policies. 3. Develop and monitor monthly reporting format
for the Mining business line and coordinate the timely completion by
all Project Managers to ensure monthly reporting timeliness and conform
with standard format. 4. Provide support to all tenders / proposals
prepared by the Mining business line to ensure the reliability of all

COST CONTROL – MINING (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Supervise and coordinate onsite training process including
implementation, policies and programs in order to ensure onsite training
is well conduct in line with training plan as well as companys policies
and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Willing to be placed to all companys project locations 2. Required to work extended hours to meet reporting deadline 3. Computer literate, and familiar with project software such as PRISM, etc. 4. Min. 2 years experiences in the similar fields 5. Good communication skill especially with the project team to keep aware of potential changes 6.
Required to review all project cost items such as Purchase Orders,
Labor, Material Charges, Work Orders, Scope changes, and invoices 7. Min. Bachelor degree in any major 8. Attention to details
Responsibilities: 1) Responsible to set up Project Work
Breakdown Structure (WBS) for controlling and reporting in accordance
with Company standard. 2) Responsible to have and maintain
appropriate administrative controls in place daily and monthly in
accordance with Company procedures from award to completion. 3) Assist the Project Manager in accurately forecasting cost and resources to ensure Project margins are met.
4) Detecting and reporting discrepancies, defaults or non conformities
in the Project Cost Forecast or records to the Project Manager as soon
as they become known. 5) Responsible to prepare Monthly Progress
Claims and to ensure the subsequent invoice is submitted and payment
received within the payment terms of the Contract. 6) Responsible
to check that the cost codes on each Material Requisition (MR) are
correct also check that the remaining budget for the cost code is
sufficient to cover proposal purchase, ascertaining Purchase Order (PO)
has been cover proposed costs are considered to be committed and refer
to the budget. 7) Responsible to review and confirm that
Subcontractor invoices are as per Contract terms & conditions for
the further payment process.
CONTRACT ENGINEER (Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Prepare, review and monitor the implementation of contracts scope of
work and technical specifications, preparing tender documents with
suitable conditions in order to ensure that company policies and
procedures are followed in term of minimise any exposure to risk for
company.
Requirements: 1. Requires travel to Project Locations as required 2. Vendor/suppliers/subcontractor meetings and visits 3. Interface with commercial/legal service providers 4. Audits investigations 5. Risk and exposure due diligence 6. Min. Bachelor Degree from Engineering 7. Min. 3 years experiences in contract
Responsibilities: 1) Support and assist Commercial Manager in
reviewing all contracts / agreements giving input regarding the contract
composition and any qualifications required in order to align terms and
conditions to companys Contracting Principles. 2) Assist Commercial Manager in developing appropriate contractual strategies in order to maximise contract position.
3) Resolve contractual issues with the Client / Vendors, including
drafting formal letters and attending negotiations of a contractual
nature in order to provide logistical support to Project Managers.
4) Prepare and administer documentation of variations and claims to
their scope of work and, including a running log of all contractual
correspondence to settlement in order to provide contract administration
support. 5) Analyze and negotiate contract in order to get through to contract settlement.
6) Monitor contract implementation to ensure that both, client and
company follow the contractual requirements of the contract to ensure
that company is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties. 7)
Establish to maintain and manage all stake-holders interests to ensure
harmonious and cooperative relationships in industrial relations,
community relations and staff welfare/career development in all aspects
of the project.
