CNOOC SES Ltd , a multinational Oil & Gas company based in Jakarta is seeking qualified professional to join the team.
Contract Engineer
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
-
Supervises bidding process & contract administration for goods and services.
-
Coordinates bidding process with related Procurement & Legal Departments.
-
Defines
scope of work, schedule of rate and other associated work related to
services projects and or procuring goods including reviews and controls
the propriety of the issued bid documents, alignment of terms and
conditions with the scope of works and type of contract, and budget
& cost control for AFE preparation.
-
Monitoring
and controls implementation of contract including the expiration date
of contract to anticipate the further new tender process, amendment of
contract etc.

Prepares whole process and award agreement of any Direct Selection for internal procurement with some amount range.

Ensure
compliance of health, safety, and environment policies and procedures
in term of CNOOC VHSE MS requirement for bid documents package,
contracts etc.
Requirements:

Minimum University Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical,
Offshore or Shipping/Naval Architecture), fresh graduate is welcome.

Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)

Computer Literacy : Microsoft office is required

Knowledge on procurement procedure and contract administration in oil and gas industry operation is beneficial

Willing to learn and work-hard
