Sales Engineer for Oil & Gas Industry Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible to promote and sell, through Consultative Selling Approach, a wide range of 3M Oil & Gas industry products, also develop, maintain and enhance customer relationship/ intimacy. In addition, he/she also has to work with distributors to maximize sales coverage and to provide better customer services Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Engineering field with minimum of 3 years selling experience to the related market. Having well understanding of related industry, especially B2B (Business to Business) industry. Good command in English for both verbal and written is a must. Computer literate. Result oriented person, self-driven, aggressive and highly motivated individual, fast learner and good analytical thinking. Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skill. Can work under pressure with minimum supervision. Willing to be placed in remote area.
