• Control and direct all drilling logistics operations, working with the drilling, logistics, business formalities and finance teams
• Ensure that Premier’s HSE and certification standards (including lifting and rigging) are met at all times to ensure safe and compliant drilling operations
• Prepare and update rental tool registers and drilling equipment inventories, and overview of all related invoices and personnel
• Liaise with service companies and the Drilling Superintendant to ensure all necessary equipment and personnel are mobilised in a timely and efficient manner
• Preparation and evaluation of drilling related tenders
• Well related risk assessments and peer review meetings
• Operation close out and “lessons learned” reviews
• Logistics Summary reports

Skills (and experience)
• 10 years + international experience within upstream oil and gas, within Logistics and/or Drilling
• Minimum 5 years in a Logistics related role
• MS Office skills, fluent English

• Knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS18001 is well regarded
• Understanding of different rig types, drilling equipment and methodologies

• Team player within a diverse team, capable of making decisions on your own
• Relationship management of internal and external stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment
