Preferably single. Candidate must possess A Diploma from a reputable Secretarial Academy. Experience min 3 years in same position, preferably specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent. Job role in Secretary/Personal Assistant or Others. Preferably from Mining or Legal Services Company. Good Appearance, attitude and personality. Experience in handling large and detailed hard and soft copy files for multiple projects. Must have initiative and willing to take on a variety of task within the admin function. Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines and extended hours. Highly proficient in English/Mandarin, capable of writing and speaking correctly and fluently. Computer literate, especially for MS. Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point).
