PT The Nielsen Company Indonesia Your World of Opportunity   The Nielsen Company Indonesia Human Resource Bussiness Partner Jakarta Pusat (Jakarta Raya) Responsibilities:    Job Summary:   This position will play a key role in developing a comprehensive human capital strategy for industrial relationship, labour law, implement and oversee programs that increase efficiency, strengthen employee knowledge and abilities, improve leadership and maintain the overall health of a company and responsible for the delivery of human resources administrative services according to policies and guidelines to ensure efficient and effective business operations.   Typical Responsibilities   Recommend new policies, processes and procedures to meet the changing requirements of internal clients Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and procedures Lead the development of a strong work culture and happy working enviroment Work with top management in diagnosing problems and setting company  organizational development goals, then create training programs to meet those goals, often incorporating behavioural science to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity Responsible for positioning Nielsen in the "people" marketplace as the employer of choice in Indonesia Involve in organization's proces, organizational reflection, system improvement, planning and self-analysis. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position in multinational companies environments An experience of industrial relationship, quality management training and staff development with demonstrated competency is also required Strong in communications skills, English is a must Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent Full-Time positions available All information collected will be used for recruitment purposes only. apply here
