1. Civil Structural Inspector
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
•Working Knowledge of:
-Allowable Stress Design (E.g. AISC ASD Manual for Steel Construction)
-Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures (E.g. ASCE/SEI 7-05)
-Specifications for Structural Steel Buildings (E.g. AISC 360)
-Structural Welding Code – Steel (E.g. AWS D1.1 / D1.1M)
-Design Loads on Structures During Construction (E.g. ASCE/SEI 37-02)
-Standard Specification for Steel Sheet Piling (E.g. ASTM A 328 / A 328 M)
-Standard Guidelines for the Design and Installation of Pile Foundations (E.g. ASCE 20-96)
-Design, Manufacture, and Installation of Concrete Piles (E.g. ACI 543R)
-Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete (E.g. ACI 318)
-Standard Practice for Curing Concrete (E.g. ACI 308)
-Standard Practice for Direct Design of Precast Concrete Pipe for Jacking in Trenchless Construction (E.g. ASCE 27-00)
-Steel Structures Painting standards (E.g. SSPC)
•Thorough understanding of applicable Cepu project specifications
•Trained to authorize work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space, etc.)
•Good oral and written English language skills
•Well versed in safe work practices
•Demonstrated ability to communicate in multiple languages
•Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in inspection of cube and cylinder concrete test specimens, pile driving analyzer set-up, structural steel frame erection, etc. on major onshore construction projects.
The candidate who has experiences Civil Structural in Fly Over, Road, Bridge, Dam ( Water basin), Building,Drainage will be advantage.
2. Civil Geotechnical Inspector.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
•Working Knowledge of:
-Soil Mechanics field tesing methods, including determining Vane Shear Strengths in cohesive soils using ASTM D 2573 method and Cone Penetration Test per ASTM D3441.
-Testing of swelling and dispersive soils (E.g. Emerson class number, double hydrometer or Pinhold).
-Rules and Regulations for Dam Safety and Dam Construction in Indonesia.
-Seepage Analysis and Control for Dams (E.g. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers EM 110-2-1901)
•Degree in Civil/Geotechnical/Geological Engineering. 15 years of relevant experience.
•Proven design investigation and analysis of geotechnical civil engineering.
•Well versed in safe work practices.
•Demonstrated ability to communicate in multiple languages
•Computer literate with experience in using MS Office suite for preparing reports and maintaining data base
•Thorough understanding of applicable project specifications
•Trained to authorize work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space, etc.)
•Good oral and written English language skills
The candidate who has experienced Not only in Geotechnical but a little bit structural will be advantage.
3. Electrical and Instrumentation Inspector ( E & I Inspector
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
•Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in inspection of electrical works on major onshore construction projects out of which at least 3 years experience as senior QC E&I inspector
•Experienced in witnessing SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) and FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) of Electrical & Instrument control systems
•Exposure to DCS instrumentation works and commissioning of the same
•Thorough knowledge on International standards on electrical like IEC etc.
•Knowledge on applicable Indonesian MIGAS regulations for electrical works is preferred
•Well versed in safe work practices
•Demonstrated ability to communicate in multiple languages
•Computer literate with experience in using MS Office suite for preparing reports and maintaining data base
•Thorough understanding of applicable project specifications
•Trained to authorize work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space, etc.)
•Good oral and written English language skills
The Candidate who understood Underground Cable, Cathodic protection, panel, cable, conduit, and installation in Electrical building, fly over, road and dam will be advantage ( priority experience in Onshore)
4. Regulatory and Permit Interface.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
•BS degree in Law, Engineering, or other related field
•5-10 years experience in Regulatory discipline within the Oil and Gas Industry or related industries (e.g. infrastructure construction, mining); preferably involved with pipeline projects
•Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
•Strong organization and planning skills
•Knowledge of regulators and governmental agencies applicable to the project scope/area is a plus
5. Field External Relation Officer
Job Requirements
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Has the ability and knowledge to identify and provide analysis on local community needs.
•Strong commitment to core values, business ethics and business goals.
•Excellent health and able to travel within all offshore working area.
•Excellent communication and inter personnel skills to effectively interface with field production operation personnel, multidiscipline department and other supporting department.
•1-3 years broad experience in doing stakeholder relation especially local community.
•Has commitment to core values, business ethics and business goals.
•A very good team player.
