Job Description:
1. Ensuring that oil electrical construction activities (i.e. installation, loop checks, completions and pre-commissioning of the Electrical works.) are carried out by SubContractors in accordance with approved Procedures, Specifications, Method Statement, Project Specifications, Project Procedures and relevant codes & Standards to review the relevant document prior to start of construction e.g. ITP, Project specification, etc.
2. Performing inspection and supervision of the electrical installation and testing activities carried out on the construction sites and/or Subcontractor’s work shops in accordance with approved subcontractors ITP inspection points and related notifications.
3. Performing routine surveillance of the activities carried out on the construction sites and/or SubContractor’s work shops, minimizing any adverse impact on the scheduling of the activities.
4. Ensuring that inspection and Test Plans are timely basis applied by SubContractors and that project requirments as listed in ITP are fullfilled.
5. Performing the required surveillance (“monitor”, “Witness” and “hold point”) on due time as per the related inspection notification and being acknowledged in advance with the applicable standards and specification.
6. Monitoring and reporting progress against the approved inspection & test plan.
7. Interfacing on inspection activities with site based Client discipline engineers.
8. Ensuring that the Subcontractors issue all the necessary quality documents, and theat they are duly signed and filed.
9. Signing the quality documents/reports issued by the SubContractors in accordance with the received instruction.
10. To coordinate with subcontractor to prepare and support during MIGAS Certification.
• University Degree in CIVIL Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experiences in CIVIL QC inspector in oil & gas sector
• Familiar with codes and standards such as ASTM, ACI, SNI etc
• Should be able to speak English and communicate effectively
Job Description:
1. To coordinate with construction team for on-going civil/structural activities, including but not limited to
2. Excavation, backfilling, compaction, rebar inspection, formwork inspection, Field Density Test, concretepouring, asphalting, etc.
3. To review the relevant documents prior to start of construcion e.g. IPT, project specification etc.
4. Must be able to do inspection of structural steel fabrication, erection till final inspection
5. Must have experience in Pre-engineered building erection, pipelines, etc.
6. To initiate the RFI’s for Client’s witness of inspection points as per ITPs
7. To be more proactive to construction crew for advising to correct the activities this could lead to nonconformance.
8. Be vigilant for upcoming scheduled activities in advance to coordinate with 3rd parties in advance for the activities requiere testing, e.g. Concreting, and Asphalting, etc.
9. To coordinate with surveyor to finalize the bench mark survey setting out prior to start of construction.
• Minimum Senior High School
• Minimum 3 years experiences as Surveyor in oil & gas sector
• Should be able to operate Sokkia/Topcon, Leica Survey equipment
• Should be able to use AUTOCAD program
Job Description:
1. To conduct join survey and witness during construction works
2. To conduct verification survey prior final acceptance of any survey works done by SubContractor
3. To ensure that the survey equipments used is calibrated and well operated.
• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Mechanical QC inspector in oil & gas sector
• Familiar with codes and standards such as ASME, API, NACE, MIGAS, etc
• Certified Welding inspector, NDT, NACE, BGAS or equivalent, etc
• Should be able to speak English and communicate effectively
