PT Donggi-Senoro LNG (“DSLNG”) is the first LNG Joint Venture
project developed as a downstream business activity in Indonesia.
DSLNG’s facility located in Uso, Banggai Regency of Central Sulawesi,
has a production capacity of 2 Million tonnes of LNG per annum. Striving
to be a world class facility, DSLNG is committed to becoming a safe and
reliable provider of LNG.
To strengthen the team in DSLNG, we are looking for dynamic professionals to fill the following positions:
EMPLOYEE & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS LEAD (CAD-EIL-03)
Basic Function:
Monitor, review and control industrial peace
and smooth operations of industrial relations (no Industrial
disturbances) according to company policy and the prevailing external
law and regulations. Analyze and interpret bargaining trends and issues,
as well as employment standard, regulations and laws in order to
understand how these impact the organization and adapt employee
relations practices as appropriate.
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• 5 to 8
years’ experience in Industrial Relations at oil and gas business
sector and have experience in managing employees at the plant site or
over 6 to 7 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Good communication skill, have a proven good working relations with local Manpower Department.
EMPLOYEE & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS OFFICER (CAD-EIO-03)
Basic Function:
Administer human resources policies and
procedures that related to employee relations. Researches and analyzes
data pertaining to human resources. Analyze and interpret bargaining
trends and issues, as well as employment standard, regulations and laws
in order to understand how these impact the organization and adapt
employee relations practices as appropriate.
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Relations at oil and gas business
• Good communication skill, have a proven good working relations with local Manpower Department
LEGAL COUNSEL (CAD-LGC-03)
Basic Function:
Provide advice in legal issues to the Company,
conduct legal compliance as per Indonesian laws and regulations
applicable to the Company, advise right and obligations for each party
as per DSLNG Shareholder Agreement, representation in litigation,
administer DSLNG legal office (contracts and internal report) and
provide various legal services as required both in Jakarta and Luwuk in
both EPC and operation period.
Requirement:
• Law Degree, Master is preferred.
• Over 6
years of experience as a lawyer and/or as a legal counsel in the oil and
gas industry, preferably with international experience background,

• Be proficient in oral and written English
• Work Location – Site Office, Central Sulawesi
