An Document Controller is required to provide a range of specialist and general administrative duties to a nominated team.

• Document Control and/or administrative experience
• Highly organised and able to work on own initiative
• Strong communicator
• Excellent team working skills, and able to build relationships at all levels
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight timescales
• Very strong customer focus
• Excellent typing speed and IT Skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), software document
Responsibilities:
• Undertake a full range of administrative duties to ensure an efficient service is delivered
• Appropriate correspondence
• Be fully conversant in MS Office to produce a range of spreadsheets, documents and presentations, as required
• Inputting drawings into system and issuing out to sub-contractors, design team and site teams
• Collating data for monthly reporting including sustainability records
• Manage incoming switchboard calls
• Maintain accurate and secure paper based/electronic filing systems, including archiving
• Maintain full confidentiality of sensitive business issues
2. Estimator Piping (EP)
Requirements:• Hold minimum Bachelor degree (S1) Engineering, with GPA more than 2.75 of 4.00
• Male, age between 25-40 years old.
• Should Have minimum 5 years relevance experience in site project (it will be plus point experience on Oil & Gas Company).
• Have an excellent relation with other people either on communication, negotiation, or explain new knowledge on Oil & Gas.
• Active, Communicative, Talk active and Strong English literacy both speaking and writing
3. HSE Inspector (HSEO)
• Male max 45 years old.
• Minimum S1 (Bachelor Degree) in Occupational Health & Safety
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Safety Implementation, Safety program facilitator and coaching program
• Proficient in MS Office program.
• The Obligated to owns certificate AK3 Migas
• Preferred those who have attended Fire Prevention training, HUET, Sea Survival and Basic Safety Training.
4. QA / QC Coordinator (QCAC)
• Male max 45 years old.• Minimum S1 (Bachelor Degree) in Bachelor Degree , Metarulgy Engineering
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Oil and Gas Plant
