We are seeking experienced people as Manager Tender Construction that will be located in Jakarta head office and reporting directly to Executive Team.
With the role as Manager Tender Construction, you will responsible for : Ensure Bid gets in, complete and on time; Manage the Bid Team to prepare detailed cost estimates in accordance with Thiess Management System (TMS) and sound industry practice; Maintain and manage Risk & Opportunity Register where required operate the CURA software; Prepare bid planning and strategy, including prepare and maintain bid brief; Register and project data entry into Thiess ETTA software; Ensure that accurate Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) are prepared, reviewed, and signed off before tender review. Beside that Be accountable for the accuracy of all and any TBE’s; Be the contact person for the client during tender and post tender stages and Manage the Handover of Won project and assist in the start-up, as required.
Requirements for this position appropriate Engineering Degree qualification with minimum 15 years experiences construction experiences, minimum 5 years field experience and also minimum 5 years experiences in Project Management or Tendering role and desirable previous experience in Power Project or EPC Project. Additional requirement for this position are familiar with Project management, scheduling, planning and reporting; Risk Management; Negotiation and Proposal writing & presentation, using applicable tools Industry knowledge desirable.
