An excellent opportunity for Legal Advisor has arisen to join our Commercial team based in Jakarta.
Reporting to the Manager Legal Affair you will assist Commercial Team in reviewing contracts & legal documents; potential responsible for handling all legal matters, including analysis, evaluation and defense of any legal issue; provide legal and policy advice support and services to ensure all strategic and operational aspects need are achieved with maximum legal compliance; coordinate, track and analyse all law regulation cases and carry out consultation/negotiation and research required; monitor changes in laws and regulations; draft and review contracts, agreements and other legal documents; assist in managing external lawyers; review contract agreements with suppliers.
To be successful in this role you will need to have bachelor degree in Indonesian Law or Post graduate law qualification, and International qualification preference, Preferred have minimum at least 5 years legal experience with a law firm or in an in-house legal role; skills in drafting and reviewing contracts – English and Indonesian; knowledge in legal and commercial.
