Community Development Performance & Relation (CODE : CDP)
Jakarta – Jakarta Selatan
• Responsibility to measure the CD impact and CD success parameters in implementation. Stakeholders mapping and Perception mapping (study).
• Experience in community performance mapping and coaching
• Responsibility to measure the performance of CD officer in achieving the targets and objective as well as its competency again standard & analyze data of CD activities as well as other indicators in every mine site
•Experience in report analyst on community habit & conflict mitigation
• Bachelors Degree in Industrial engineering, environment engineering, chemical Engineering
• Have min. 5 years experience in industrial performance or as researcher in community development
• Able to develop environment management system
• Understanding ISO 1400 – 3100 and already had AMDAL Training (will be advantage)
Community Development Planning & Sustainable Program (CODE : CDPS)
Jakarta – Jakarta Selatan
• Responsible to provide concept of Sustained CD program which refer to regional potentials, regional planning, RPT and CCC proposed program
• Responsibility for monitor and evaluate output service of performance function and capacity building function refer to long term planning
• Bachelors Degree in Penologist Engineering, Sociology, Social Economic
• Experience min. 7 years in urban design or community planning
• Experience as trainer and facilitator
• Understanding ISO 1400 – 3100
Legal Counsel (CODE : LC)
Jakarta – Jakarta Selatan
• Responsible to provide draft contract and giving legal opinions in terms of cooperation with other parties
• Ensuring the making and execution of a contract made by internal departments not defective in accordance with provisions of applicable law
• Responsibility as legal advisory which provide advice and input relating to the provisions of applicable law.
• Bachelors Degree in Law with a reputable university
• Experience min. 7 years as Legal counsel in MNC
• Had good knowledge in legitimation and compliance
Government Relation (CODE : GL)
Melak – East Kalimantan
• Responsible to the fulfillment of all permits and licenses required by the government
• Ensure the preservation of good relations with government officials and NGOs at central and local level in an effort to gain an appreciation and ease the licensing process
• Give advice and coordinate with the mine site to resolve problems that interfere with the operations of the company
• Responsibility to always provide Internal Permit Status Report for company Management
• Bachelors Degree in Law with a reputable university
• Experience min. 5 years in same position, from mining company or plantation (will be advantage)
• Willing to be located in remote area, with 6 week on and 2 week of.
Data Management (CODE : DM)
Melak – East Kalimantan
• Responsible to provide all data for production reports daily, monthly and quarterly
• Ensure daily production reports, monthly, quarterly and yearly by collecting data from the relevant departments, analyze and distribute to management in accordance with the schedule and procedures have been established.
• Bachelors Degree in Mining, Management Informatics
• Experience min.4 years in same position, from mining company (will be advantage)
• Willing to be located in remote area, with 6 week on and 2 week of.
Project Quality Head (CODE : PQ)
Balikpapan - Kalimantan Timur
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in Project Control Department
• Required skill(s): working experience in mining industry environment would be a distinct advantage, suitable balance between financial analysis- administration and managerial skill, conversant with the international quality & documentation standardization, safety procedures & business process management w/ sound experience in this field, conversant with procurement tools-data management system software-sap i-proc, Proficient in the use of project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Ensure the preservation of good relations with government officials and NGOs at central and local level in an effort to gain an appreciation and ease the licensing process
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS :
• Good communication in both written and spoken English
•Good interpersonal, communication, organizational and analytical skills
•Computer literate (MS Office)
• Willingly to be stationed in the site area
• No roster Applied in Baikpapan and mine site
• Melak - Roster available is 6 – 2 (six weeks in the field and twelve days off)
• Able to work in the pressure environment and tight deadline, having good interpersonal and communications skill .
