01. SPECIALIST - CONTRACT
o Minimum S1 – Mining or Engineering with 2 year experience as Contract Specialist / Contract Engineer if preferable.
o Extensive Knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
o Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
o Having national or international certification in Supply Chain/ Procurement.
o Ability to formulate contract documents and ability to interpret contract documents. Understanding supply chain management and continuous improvement techniques to improve it.
02. SPECIALIST - PURCHASING
o Graduate in Industrial Engineering field with more than 3 years experience in purchasing activities either within a project or mining industries.
o Having knowledge of purchasing, customs, logistic warehousing principles and market place.
o Able to work under pressure and possess creative thinking.
o Extensive knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
o Skills in composing and review of contractual documents.
o Technical knowledge related to the services is a plus.
o Skills in analysis, negotiation and communication in Indonesian.
o Negotiating skills in dealing with agreement matters, after sales services claims, and meetings.
o Process mapping and facilitation skills.
03. SPECIALIST – GENERAL TRAINING
o Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education or other related fields with a minimum of 3 years relevant in training and/ or human resource development.
o Strong facilitation and presentation skills to conduct Leadership and Management Training programs.
o Knowledge of principles and current approaches to General Training and adult education techniques.
o Fluent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
o Excellent relationship management, time management, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
04. SPECIALIST - COMPUTER OPERATION - DATA CENTER
o Have good knowledge of UNIX and Windows server operating systems.
o Have a degree in Computing or other relevant subjects, and/or holding a relevant certificate(s) form Microsoft or recognized organization in computing services.
o Have experience and proven skills in administering UNIX (Linux & HPUX) and Windows servers (Minimum 3 years) with board knowledge in the field of computing.
05. COORDINATOR – HSE & PROJECT CONTROL
o S1 with at least 3 years experience or D3 with at least 5 years experience.
o Working experience for HSE management system and has experience exposing to project management function.
o Strong background in HSE and standard implementation.
o Good interpersonal skills to liaise with personnel at all well from various departments / divisions and contractors.
06. ENGINEER - MINING
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
o Having 2 years experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage.
o Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programmers.
o Having experience in using MINEX software.
07. SUPERVISOR – LOGISTICS (NTP)
o Minimum D3 with technical background with 5 years experiences in project logistic supervision and expediting or graduated from Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or technical background university of institute with 3 years experiences in project logistic supervision and expediting.
o Have experience work for EPC project in Oil & Gas sector or bulk handling facilities.
o Good Leadership, planning and people organizing skills.
o Have good ability for data gathering & analysis, proficient with all basic Ms. Office software (Word and Excel), good written and verbal communication skills.
08. SCHEDULER (NTP)
o Minimum S1 with technical background with 5 years experiences in project schedule development & control.
o Proficient at developing, reviewing and maintaining project schedules using Ms. Project & Primavera P6.
o Experience working in Program Management of large capital projects.
o Cost estimating background is preferable.
o Proficient with all basic MS Office software (Word and Excel).
o Good written and verbal communication skills.
09. QA/QC MECHANICAL (NTP)
o Minimum 5 years experiences for S1 Mechanical Engineering background, preferably in material handling facility project or equivalent; or
o Strong in many international standards of Mechanical Engineering and requirement.
o Be able to demonstrate good understanding of planning and scheduling techniques and processes and good leadership attributes.
o Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
o Good written and verbal communication skills.
