CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR
(Placement: Jakarta)
Assist the CRM Coordinator to administer and operate the application of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database software as one of the backbone tool for SBD team to capture, record, store and communicate all business acquisition data and information starting from:
• long range tracking of prospects, pre-bid management reviews and approvals (searching, scanning, assessment and selection),
• bidding, clarification, negotiation, contract award (i.e. during business initiation stage), and
• up to managing the information of future potential business within current contracts (i.e. during contract execution stage)

Requirements:
1. Min diploma degree in Marketing or Administration
2. Min 1 year experience in CRM area or any administration
3. Basic knowledge of Marketing and Business Administration
4. Fluent English skills – spoken and written
5. Proficient in using MS Office
6. Good networking and client relationship skill
7. Requires the ability to coordinate own efforts such that they meet business deadlines
8. May require local travel from time to time

Responsibilities:
1) Provide administrative support on loyalty and segmentation programs and organize schedules for the activities within the programs
2) Assist CRM Coordinator and BD team in preparing and inputting reliable and useful information and data onto CRM database software.
3) Ensure the application of operating systems including policies and procedures, operating structure and information flow
4) Assist CRM Coordinator in the development of training module of CRM system and deliver the training
5) Maintain database including customer acquisition and retention, perform data entry, data gathering, and data validation to support CRM database
6) Responsible to support HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements

CSR OFFICER
(Assignment: Kalimantan)
Execute and maintain CSR programs for the company and develop sustainable links with local stakeholders (community, local government, NGO, etc) in term of assisting CSR Coordinator to ensure the sustainability of company’s licence to operate.
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree from any major, preferably in Public Relation or Communication
• Min. 2 years working experiences in related field
• Deep understanding of community initiative subject
• A self driven person and result oriented.
• Good command in English both verbal & written.

Responsibilities:
• Mapping the priority stakeholders in areas in which the company operates in order to design the appropriate programs that suitable with stakeholders needs.

Coordinate and maintain Stakeholders Relationship Program (SRP) on high value clients and partners by establishing clients/partners contact plan (CCP) and its engagement plan as part of retention program, in order to support company’s marketing and business development strategies.

2) Monitors the application of operating systems including policies and procedures, operating structure and information flow.
3) Provide valuable input in development of customer relationship management expansion and retention strategies e.g. Stakeholders Relationship Program (SRP), Zippering Plan etc.
4) Manage database including customer acquisition and retention.
5) Develop training module of CRM system and deliver the training
6) Involved in business plan input for team/group operations including budget development.
7) Maintaining and administrating the BD portal

EMERGENCY RESPONSE COORDINATOR
(Assignment: Kalimantan)
Managing all emergency precaution and able to act professionally when emergency occur. Responsible for administrating a sound and effective emergency prevention program. Supervise to ensure immediate act by ERT. He also must ensure day to day emergency preparation within the site is in correct manner. Direct, monitor and evaluate emergency response procedure. To coordinate the development, implementation and maintenance all emergency management program to prepare for and direct the actions in the event of an emergency.
Requirements:
1. Must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
2. At least from D-3 from relevant discipline with minimum 5 years progressively experience in emergency coordinator or crisis management.

1. An emergency coordinator maintains accurate and updated emergency strategies, coordinates internal activities related to crisis management and provides periodic updates to management.
2. The coordinator also communicates with peers, superiors and subordinates, solves difficult problems and makes decisions.
3. Responsibility for the setting the emergency direction and strategy.
4. Custodian of emergency Risk registers and POSB ER procedure.
5. Conducts assessments, reviews and self-inspections. Analyzes and interprets results, recommends appropriate corrective actions, communicates results and follows-up on issues or concerns until completion.
6. Develops, coordinates, facilitates and maintains crisis management policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to the emergency management goals of: Protecting life, health, and safety; Securing and protecting facilities, property and equipment from loss; continuously assessing the effectiveness of the policies, procedures, activities and ERT structure and provide feedback for continuous improvements.
7. Reviews and updates programs, and procedures ensuring inclusion of any legislation update.
8. Utilizes best practices in emergency management and planning.
9. Reviews and investigates an emergency accident, compiling findings and recommendations for corrective actions into summary report.
10. Develops, implements, and coordinates emergency training. Prepare and deliver appropriate training to all ERT.
11. Works with all Managers to facilitate, implement, maintain and exercise an effective continuity plan that strives to reduce the possibility that operations will be interrupted in the event of a Emergency.
12. Provides technical knowledge on emergency preparedness and related issues, plans, and projects for implementation.
13. (if required) Assists with the design, development and implementation of emergencies preparedness plans and training programs, emergency drills, department level emergency and mitigation plans.
14. Actively assist the HSE Manager, Operation Manager, and Base Manager to communicate, both written and verbally, with senior management, supply base personnel and the various Client’s to ensure an open and ethical work environment.
15. Routinely communicates emergency management preparedness measures to all employees.
16. Development and implementation of crisis management plans.
17. Best management practices in crisis management. Process/Procedures for interaction with professional leadership team during emergencies to lead with confidence, patience and integrity.
18. Methods used to management emergency response operations.
19. Develop skill on how to work positively in stressful situations, emergency exercise design, implementation and management, working with and local emergency officials.
20. Organize regularly meeting with all ERT.
21. Prepare and ensure availability of emergency equipments and not limited in Medevac, Confined space, Fire fighting, and oil spill equipment.
22. Carry out regular inspection to all facilities include ER equipment above and drills periodically.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
