Basic Function Support the development and implementation of
Technical Integrity assurance processes on the integrated systems from
wells to FLNG, that safeguards people, the environment, and minimizes

related design input to the FLNG vessel, Subsea, and Logistic Base
Engineering Teams utilizing best practices and lesson learned from
similar and precedent projects. 2. Gather and analyze the best practices and lessons learned from similar and precedent projects. 3. Support to develop and implement the Asset Integrity and Maintenance Management System 4.
Review and comment on SURF/FLNG/LSB FEED deliverables, as required, in
timely manner. Attend the SURF/FLNG technical integration/integrity
related meetings. 5. Support to develop the technical integrity
processes and procedures to be implemented during the Execute phase of
the project. In particular assist the development of SCE identification,
application of Performance Standards, proactive contribution to risk
based inspection studies. 6. Support to manage and coordinate the
review and approval of Technical Deviations to Company Standards and
Specifications that require Technical Authority sign-off. 7. Support Technical Integrity Verification and Assurance Processes

Night Drilling Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Drilling Operations
Manager in managing the process of: (1) managing the drilling risk, (2)
overseeing the offshore drilling operations according to the drilling
plans and work programs as required by the Masela Asset Management Team,
(3) assuring that the drilling services company apply proper QA/QC
management and the most cost effective practices (4) assuring effective
management of drilling operations personnel, equipment and materials.
2. Assist the Drilling Operations Manager in undertaking the Risk
Management studies and its implementation to ensure that all offshore
drilling operations are properly risk assessed before implementation. 3. Support the Drilling Management Team in controlling PTW (Permit to Work) and SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) activities.
4. Support the Drilling Operations Manager in ensuring that all
drilling activities adhere to well programs and instructions - and
ensuring that any changes in the drilling operations be communicated
with the Drilling Operations Manger for approval. 5. Support the
Drilling Operations Manager in managing and directing all well site
activities through (i) supervision of critical operation activities (ii)
management of service company performance (iii) ensuring that all
planned operations are risk assessed (iv) managing interfaces of Rig
Contractors and Aviation/Supply Chain Contractors. (v) proper follow ups
and close out of all NPT or failures related to all rig operations.
6. Support the Drilling Operations Manager in ensuring that all
drilling activities conducted according to safety standards through: (i)
ensuring that all portable equipment are inspected for their
operational fitness (ii) monitoring of safety critical maintenance
activities (iii) proper investigation, reporting, and actions for all
safety incidents 7. Support the Drilling Superintendent Operations
Manager in ensuring that all drilling operation activities adhere to the
environment rules, regulations and standards through: (i) ensuring
transportation,storage and use of radioactive sources are in line with
HSEMS (ii) ensuring procedures for segreation of waste (iii) ensuring
that all waste materials backloading from the rig is in accordance with
laws, rules and regulations as well as company standards. 8.
Support the Drilling Opeations Manager in assuring proper coordination
through (i) conducting coordination morning calls - offshore teams and
Jakarta operation team to report the progress (ii) providing input into
well programs.
