Security Coordinator

Responsibilities:
1. Develop / implement / monitor security measures at all INPEX site facilities to ensure appropriate security levels are maintained, and that INPEX is in compliance with the Indonesian government regulation, HSE value, and the “Voluntary Principles on Security & Human Rights.”
2. Conduct Liaison with Jakarta travel coordinator and Site travel coordinator
3. Liaise and maintain working relations with government, military, police, and security forces at various levels of command.
4. Conduct Pre visit induction, site security briefing, or other relates security briefing to all INPEX and contractor employee
5. Apply ISPS codes and regulations where they apply at INPEX sites
6. Sound understanding of Offshore HSE, ISPS Code and Offshore operations, including Air Support Operations.
7. Manage the various administrative functions such as development, training, performance appraisals and manpower plans.
8. Work closely with the INPEX Site Manager on emergency planning to ensure that INPEX is ready for any eventualities, which could threaten our work force and / or their families.
9. Conduct building and area security assessment as directed by INPEX security advisor / security manager.
10. Adhere and applies the INPEX corporate procedure to his fullest ability at all INPEX sites.


Requirement:
1. Minimum educational background in bachelor degree with major Management/Administration/Police Academy. Master degree will advantage.
2. Having minimum 7 years of experiences within security industry
3. Sound understanding of Onshore and Offshore HSE, ISPS Code and Offshore operations, including Air Support Operations.
4. Provides leadership and guidance in applying physical security best practices and principles
5. Working knowledge of audit procedures and principles.
