Construction Engineering Superintendent

Engineering Manager
Requirements: • The candidates must have at least 12 years of
widely diversified experience in design, coordination, project, and
engineering management. • Having experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineer at least 5 years in EPC Oil and Gas Industries. • The candidates at least bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering from a reputable university. • The candidates must have wide range of experience in industrial project area.
• The candidates must have good communication skills (written and oral)
in Bahasa Indonesia and English, demonstrated through client
interaction, supervision, proposals and presentations. • The

Head of Engineering

Hook Up Manager/Superintendent/Offshore Construction Engineer
Responsibilities • Ensure the direction of the project
construction activities, both performed by subcontractors or in direct
hire, supervising multidisciplinary construction works according to
contract requirements and project objectives; • Ensure time, costs,
quality, safety targets are met, through direct coordination and
management of a project construction team, interfacing with project
organization, subcontractors and clients; • Support project management in defining monitoring and updating project execution plans; • Ensure the implementation of HSE procedures for construction and precommissioning;
• Give the guidelines for the definition of construction strategies,
such as subcontracting plans, logistic and constructability studies,
during the earlier stages of the projects; • Participate in
defining the overall project planning and scheduling for construction
activities, with the support of the expertise of construction
organisation key positions; • Ensure that the activities are
carried out within the planned time and costs, coordinating and
instructing the construction team accordingly and intervening with
corrective actions in case of deviations or difficulties; • Ensure the progress data gathering and analysis in order to prepare the work progress reports;
• Coordinate the execution of multidisciplinary construction activities
and manage activities assigned to subcontractors, providing the
guidelines for the execution of the works and monitoring the adequacy of

HSE Manager

Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate the activities of all HSE personnel working both in design and on site.
• Conducting correct development, management and improvement of Project
HSE Management System throughout the engineering and development phases
of the project. • Take part in accident and incident investigation. • Assist construction teams in HSE Risk Management. • Identify potential emergency scenario and develop emergency preparedness and response plans. • Monitoring HSE performance, analysis and reporting toward management • Ensure Project HSE needs identification and development of Project HSE Training Programs • Conduct significant environmental aspects identification and Management plans.
Lead Instrument Engineer
Responsibilities • Maintains control system, all offshore communications equipment, electronic and navigation aids and other marine electronics.
• Attends the weekly maintenance planning meeting and reports on the
execution of the work, advising if work has not been completed and
rescheduling requirements: Reports reasons for non-conformity •
Liaises with the relevant onshore support engineer(s) and vendor reps to
ensure that the integrity of software is maintained and no unauthorized
changes are made • Ensures that the maintenance workload is executed efficiently •
Responsible for the supervision of vendors and contractors carrying out
maintenance activities pertaining to their discipline scopes • Responsible for ensuring integrity and certification of any third party equipment shipped to the vessel •
Ensures correct and accurate completion of all maintenance data and
reports and all information is entered into the MAXIMO maintenance
management system • Raises the relevant permits following agreement with the Maintenance Supervisor on work priorities • Prepares all documentation for Instrument, systems and communications equipment for breakdown and maintenance schedules
Requirements • Educated to ONC level or equivalent, successfully completed a recognised apprenticeship. Previous industrial experience in the oil and gas industry working as a Lead Instrument Technician • Good communication skills • Self-motivated and enthusiastic when working as part of a team or on own initiative Use skills and experience to contribute to problem solving and improving the day to day running of the department • Permit to Work system competency
Senior/Lead Mechanical Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities • Provide Mechanical Engineering
services to design, specify, and approve construction documents required
for the construction of state of the art Data Center/Mission Critical
and other facilities • Interface with construction supervisors and vendors • Function as the Lead Mechanical Engineer in the design and preparation of construction documents • Provide technical direction to designers and drafters assigned to specific tasks • Responsible for the quality and delivery of schematic and detailed designs • Professional Engineering approval of work performed under direct supervision • Thoroughly familiar with SMACNA, NFPA documents, and building codes • Able to incorporate ’green’ features into design solutions • Familiarity and competence with the following: • Familiar with Load Programs such as Trace 700 • Familiar with Hydraulic Calculation Programs such as Pipe Flo • LEED • Familiar with AutoCAD and BIM software • Other duties as assigned by the Project Engineering Manager Skill and Educational

Lead Piping Engineer
Responsibilities • Able to manage engineering & design
professionals within the discipline. Demonstrates effective delegation
and team development and a focus on productivity and charge-ability.
• Maintain discipline procedures, control systems and guidelines
necessary to comply with the Company Safety Management System and
Legislation; • Work behaviors enhance the Companys reputation.

Job Requirements • Must have experience of managing a Piping engineering and design team. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Onshore Oil & Gas related design experience. • Thorough awareness of International Design Guidelines, Codes and Standards. • Commercially / contractually aware and able to manage design budgets. • A determination to continually improve safety in all aspects of plant design and operation. • Experience of participation in HAZID studies is essential. • Knowledge of software packages that are used in piping engineering and design (viz. PDMS, SP3D, Caesar, Pipe Data Pro etc). • Relevant experience in the oil and gas industry • With proven capability in an engineering & design company •
Experience of site-based project work involving site surveys, field
engineering, review of constructibility, construction and commissioning
support, operations, or maintenance • Experience of working with multi-national and multi-cultural project teams is strongly preferred • Previous experience of working in the Middle East would be an advantage • Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred • Membership of a recognized professional institute preferred
