Their major clients are tier one of principal oil and gas company. They have certifications for ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS 18001-2007. The company is also certified for U, U2 and S Stamps for the manufacture of pressure vessels and boilers. At the moment they are looking for high qualified candidate for: Precomm Manager Requirements : • Bachelor Degree of Engineering from reputable university • Experienced minimum 7 years in EPC and offshore work • Project Progress Minded • Fluent in English both Written and oral • Having experience in oil and gas industry is preferred Process Engineer Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: • The appointee will be responsible to develop and apply advanced process engineering techniques, concepts and approaches to unique a process engineering problems. May supervise process engineering works on project of medium to high complexity, or serve as a process technical specialist providing knowledge and expertise. • Responsible to provide and develop WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) • Provide the project schedule and control, cost control, mitigation plan for oil and gas project • Function as a process technical specialist or supervisory role. Requirements: • Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university • Minimum 5 years experience at similar position, preferably from Oil & Gas industries • Knowledge of relevant Codes, Standards and applicable Regulations • Good knowledge of process simulation packages such as HYSIS or PRO 11 • Approved Hazop Chairman • Highly motivated, strong analytical skill and problem solving capabilities, good team work and adaptable • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to influence situation to achieve goals • Having work experience with Reputable EPC Company • Having good English • Willing to travel and be placed outside the area Procurement Project Manager Responsibilities • Responsible for the control of the Supply Management personnel assigned to a project. • Delegation of authority & responsibility to these personnel to ensure work is carried out correctly & in a timely manner. • Establish & Implement an overall supply strategy and plan for a project in co-operation with General Manager, Supply Management and Project Manager. • Establish General and Special Conditions of Purchase in co-operation with Project and Legal teams. • Issuing inquiries and carrying out commercial evaluation of bids in co-operation with other Sales / Project team members. • Establish approved list of Suppliers for Projects. • Establish negotiating strategy and lead commercial negotiations with Suppliers • Review & recommend Supplier selection and commercial bid evaluation sheets. • Issuing purchase orders & purchase order amendments within agreed limits. • Develop & execute strategy/action plan regarding settlement of Supplier’s claims & back-charges. • Carrying out pre-qualifications, approvals and evaluations of Suppliers. Requirements • At least 8 years experience in procurement • At least 5 years experience working in EPC company • Good negotiation, leadership, communication and business skills • Knowledge of products, technologies & supply processes of respective businesses • Willing to travel Project Engineer Requirements : • Bachelor Degree of Engineering from reputable university • Fluent in English • Experience minimum 5 years in related position preferably at EPC company • Having experiences in oil and gas company will be an advantage Project Manager – Offshore (Indonesian or Expatriate) Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline • Minimum 12 years of experience in EPCI Projects and 4 years in managerial position • Experienced in Oil and Gas upstream Industry • Advanced knowledge and awareness of Project Management principles, documents and plans • Having strong background in Offshore constructions • Willing to be hired under contract and to be placed at any sites according to the project QC Manager Requirements : • Bachelor Degree in Technical Background • Experienced in EPC and offshore work min. 8 years • Experienced in the same field and position in Oil and Gas • Fluent in English both Written and oral • Have good knowledge and understanding on PRIMAVERA • Target progress oriented Responsibilities: • Responsible for the supervision/coordination of the quality control activities. • Review Quality Control plans. • To prepare procedures for the Quality System • Responsible to identify quality problems, to contribute to problem resolution, and to evaluate the effectiveness of solutions. • Provide on-going assessment of work quality within the procedure laid down along with having the necessary documentation and reports. • Ensure assessments and recordings of inspection, control and test results. • Check the documents certifying the tests, controls and inspections carried out and ensure their orderly collection and management. • Check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections and agrees on the applicable operating procedures with the organization in charge of the works. • Provide specialist support to the Client and responsible Authorities. • Liaise with Client for any project related with QC issue. Welding Inspector Responsibilities • Monitoring welding activity, monitoring validity who have valid certified for conduct welding and other pipes or plates. • Surveillance of painting and Insulation activity for Tank, Boiler tube, Boiler Piping, Turbine Piping, BOP area, Ducting area, EP area • Following walkthrough minimum one’s a week, reporting activity construction to QA/QC engineer • Witness fit-up joint for welding • Visual check after welding Requirements • Bachelor Degree in Engineering from a reputable university • Minimum 6 years experience at related position, preferably from Oil & Gas industries • Knowledge of relevant Codes, Standards and applicable Regulations • Have a strong decision making skill • Highly motivated, strong analytical skill and problem solving capabilities, good team work and adaptable • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to influence situation to achieve goals • Having work experience with Reputable EPC Company • Having good English • Willing to travel and be placed outside the area Share your CV to petrojobs@glc.co.id with the subject and please be informed that only qualified candidates will be contacted.
