Currently our client an EPC company in Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia requires positions as below:
1. Piping Superintendent (Indonesian)
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering
•
Responsible to Construction Manager or Area Superintendent for piping
construction schedule and/or forecast including preparation of report
for labor, subcontractors and other works.
• Finalize detail construction schedule or forecasting to catch-up target schedule for any delay activity.
• Monitor and / or expedite piping materials including bulk material to be delivered to field.

Responsible for supervision of piping construction activities required
to complete the work on schedule, within budget and meet with quality
standard and safety requirements established by owner and Company.
•
Plan manpower requirement and assign labor to the work. Maintain good
labor relation and coordinates worker’s requirement with control
manager.
• Supervise preparation of work, maintain and/or change
construction schedule (earlier) to have time allowance, methods, manning
chart and construction equipment requirements. Act to improve
unfavorable trend in progress or develop new construction method to
overcome unusual circumstance.
• Responsible for piping construction activities.
•
Responsible for enforcing safety matters and the fire prevention
regulations in close coordination with the safety/ security
superintendent and safety supervisor.
• Responsible for meeting the construction schedule.
•
Review and negotiate services if any materials to be purchased from
outside sources as well as contractual responsibilities of
subcontractor. Review subcontractor’s request for compensation and
changes in construction sequence.
• Make correction and propose corrective action if required.
• Make coordination with owner’s counterpart and keep them informed daily of progress and problem.
2. QC Engineer (Indonesian National)
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Has min 5 years as inspector (shop and site assignment)
•
5 years as QC for EPC, have good knowledge on standard/code, have deep
knowledge on quality control for EPC, Have understanding and applying
quality control system, able to handle quality problem, understanding of
quality control scope of work and experienced of multi customer
requirement, identify on cost aspect and efficiency accurately
•
Establishment of basic plan and procedure, Manage QC activity to ensure
meet requirement, Man staffing to meet the need of qualification and
manning, Involve on Company Manual implementation and aware of audit
requirement, Implementing and maintain the QC Procedure & QC Plan,
Identify key element of the work integrated with other discipline, Have
analysis and recommendation action base on quality of view, Coordination
with customer/vendor/subcontractor/3rd party inspection for the related
inspection activity
• STANDARD + Certification related to Welding & NDE + Certification to Quality Management System
•
Understanding Quality Management System, Completion of work as per
requirement, contribution on quality recommendation, proper
documentation.
