o Bachelor Degree (S1) in (Law, Social Science, Psychology or Mass Communication) with 7 – 9 years working experience in industrial relation. o Strong knowledge of Manpower Regulations of Indonesia. o Capability to do negotiation in conflict and pressure situation. o Maintain good relation with officials from the Department of Manpower, Disnaker, Industrial Relation Court and all Unions in KPC as well as with KPC employees.
02. ENGINEER – MINING (Permanent Position)
o Mining Engineering / Civil Engineering / Geology Engineering degree or similar qualifications. o Minimum 2 years experiences in mining (min. 1 year in technical planning) – preferably open pit experience. o Experience in mining software (especially in MINEX is an advantage) for design pit, dump, and scheduling. o Ability to manage and resolve conflict situations.
03. ENGINEER – COAL QUALITY (Permanent Position)
o S1 graduate mining engineers or geologist with 1 - 2 years’ experience working in a coal quality environment. o Lateral thinking and problem solving skills are essential to achieve the production and quality targets. o Recognize and understand coal quality and standards to analyze coal, for example ISO, ASTM, etc. o Possess numerical skill (working with numbers); able to collect and analyze data of coal quality, and monitor the implementation of the plan. o Recognize and understand each specification that relates to coal quality required by each buyer in the contract. o Able to negotiate, possess managerial skill.
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical/ Control System Engineering with at least 3 years in electrical/ control system engineering of relevant mining/ industry experiences. o Possess extensive experiences and proven skills in running service/ operation/ maintenance and production facilities in the mining or industry, preferably involving remote or develop locations. o Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering, procurement and construction of fixed plant’s electrical and control systems. o Use experience accumulated in the current or similar roles to demonstrate a capability to think across others.
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining or Engineering. o Experiences 5 years in Mining or Engineering or Supply Chain with minimum 1-year experience in Contract. o Skills in composing and review of contractual documents. o Negation skills in dealing with contractual matters, claims and meetings.
o University/college degree with 5 years experiences in the areas of purchasing, inventory control, warehouse and logistic. o Having knowledge of purchasing, custom, logistic warehousing principles and market places. o Good analytical and numerical skills. o Good planner, good people skills and organizing skills. o Able to work under pressure and possess creative thinking. o Possess qualification in Supply Chain areas from reputable organization such as Charter. o Institute of Purchasing and Supply or other international organization will be an advantage.
o S1 with at least 3 years’ experience or D3 with at least 5 years’ experience. o Working experience for HSE management system and has experience exposing to project management function. o Strong background in HSE and standard implementation. o Good interpersonal skills to liaise with personnel at all well from various departments / divisions and contractors.
