ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
Job Summary:
Responsible for analysing financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization.
Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting is a must, with a minimum of five years related experience preferred
• Understand Brevet Tax A, B, C
• Must have month & closing
• Must have excellent computer skills, SUN System, Vision
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Knowledge of methods, practices, and terminology used in accounting, pertinent rules, laws, and policy regarding accounting methods
• High initiative and motivate person, good communication and inter-personal skill, neat and tidy
• Willing to work in Karanggan, Gunung Putri area

HR COORDINATOR
Job Summary:
Providing guidance (standard operations procedures), Labor Law, company regulation (policies, regulations and legal matter), job description, JAMSOSTEK, BPJS, ISO & OHSAS, and also Training & Development in practices of HR in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Requirement: (Urgently Required)
• Bachelor Degree in Management, Law, Psychology
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience is a must
• Understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures
• Understanding in payroll system and Income Tax (PPH21)
• Analytical and problem solving skills

Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting HSE Manager, monitoring HSE Documentation and record from the projects in line with ISO and OHSAS, response to investigation of incidents and safety observations cards, and take action in order to mitigate potential safety, health, and environmental risks.
Requirement:
• Majoring Occupational Health & Safety (K3) or Engineering
• Offshore experience minimal 2 years
• Certified AK3 Umum
• Well knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
• Fluent in English (conversation & writing)
• Good skill in Microsoft office
• Familiar with IMO, SOLAS, IMCA, OSHA, IADC, GHS, and MARPOL is advantage
• Experience implementation CSMS
• Certified as an Auditor is advantage
• Willing to work in Karanggan, Gunung Putri area and able to travel
JUNIOR SECRETARY
Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting with preparation of Pre-qualification and tender submissions, compiling and monitoring vendor registration documents, assisting the Commercial Manager and Tendering Administrator in the performance of their duties.

• Able to join immediately
• Female, with maximum age 28 years old
• Diploma Degree in Secretary or equivalent
• Must have a previous experience in the offshore oil & gas, survey industry or knowledge of SKK MIGAS tendering procedures would be an advantage
